You did loot the first guy. He had an axe. Nothing but junk in his pockets.
The second had an axe. A few coins.

Oh right.
(G) Barricade the door and TRIPLE DOWN ON THE CAT NONSENSE
What's he gonna do, chop the door down to axe her to stop?

B. But like, throw the spare axe at the other guy, since he'll be less likely to see it coming in the dark.
Also, if someone scored a critical hit, would they yell out their one-liner and alert the entire ship?

Lily walks over and holds the door shut. The pirate pushes against the door, then pounds it angrily. "Let me in, dammit! You're just making things worse for yourself."
"Are you sure you wouldn't prefer that I just co-meow-t?" Lily asks tauntingly. She lets the door swing open as the pirate shoves against it. He plows right into Kurt's knife, then Hawke's axe digs into the back of his head.
"We need to take out the other one, fast," Lily says. "Rush him."
"Hang on, I have an idea," Kurt says. He takes the shackles from the freshly dead pirate. "Here, put these on."
"I'll pass, Kurt."
"You just need to go in and tell the other guy that his friend wanted to 'talk' with Hawke for a bit and told you to go ahead. Just get him to look away from the door for a bit, OK?" Kurt quickly slaps the restraints on the princess. Hawke growls at him.
"Hey! Dammit, Kurt-" Lily freezes as Kurt takes a knife and slides it into the top of her stocking, adjusting her skirt to cover the hilt. "...I'm going to get you for this..."
"Let's get off this ship first," Kurt suggests. "Now, knock 'em dead, Princess." He shoves her out into the hall.
Lily awkwardly stumbles out of the door and crashes into the other wall. She turns and gives Kurt a furious glare. He smiles back and nods. Lily turns up her nose and starts walking down the hall. The other pirate is watching, and seems a bit confused. Lily straightens her posture and walks down the hall with an aura of pride and poise. She pauses at the door. "I was told to go ahead so you can... prepare me while he talks with my bodyguard about keeping me in line in the future," Lily lies.
"Oh..." The pirate seems to believe her.
"What exactly do I have to look forward to?" Lily asks. She confidently steps into the room and notices Isana immediately. She's strapped on top of a table and seems to be asleep. As Lily draws closer, she notices a few small pools of blood and shards of glass laying around her. She winces, hiding it from the pirate. Lily recovers her demeanor and turns to the guard. "Well? What are you waiting for?"
"I don't think I should..."
"Get her up and strap me down instead. Immediately," Lily orders.
"I... R-right..." The guard starts working on Isana's bonds. Lily notices Kurt and Hawke creeping down the hallway.
Lily decides the best way to keep him distracted is to keep up the pressure. "So? Is this really the best you could come up with?"
"I didn't come up with anything. I'm just here to make sure she doesn't try to escape."
"Hm." Lily pulls the knife from under her skirt and plunges it into the side of his neck. She shoves him back just as Hawke hatchets him in the back. Kurt makes sure his throat is properly cut and lowers him to the ground.
"Hey, not bad. You're a better actress than I expected." Kurt pats Lily on the shoulder.
"Hmph. Court politics requires constant acting." Lily turns and slaps Kurt across the face. "And if you ever touch my thigh again, I will personally flay you alive. Now get me out of these damn shackles before I lose my temper."
"Right... Sorry. Just a second." He pulls out a lockpick. "Hawke, get Isana. Carefully."
"...Hm...? Oh... Kurt... Lily... Hawke?" Isana stirs as Hawke helps her up. "Time to escape, then...? Thank the gods... I really wasn't looking forward to what they had planned for me tomorrow. Hehe..." She manages a weak laugh.
"Jeez... They really did a number on you," Kurt says as he examines her. "You're gonna have some nasty scars."
"If we end up stopping a war, it's worth a few blemishes..." Isana says. She groans as Kurt pulls a piece of glass from her back.
"We need to get these shards out before you can do anything strenuous," Kurt says. "You'll shred your muscles. And if any end up digging in further..." he trails off.
Isana shakes her head sluggishly. "Don't worry... I can keep going. I can... I won't... slow you down..." She pulls a dagger from Kurt's waist and brandishes it. "No more holding back. Let's go." Black lines begin spreading in a web from the mark on her breast. Isana unleashed the skill Curse!
Isana's current stats
HP: 5/14 STR: 7 MAG: 6 SKL: 7 SPD: 6 DEF: 4 RES: 5 LCK: 12 (A) Leave Isana here for now, close the door, and come back for her later (B) Leave Kurt and Isana here to patch her up while Lily and Hawke go ahead (C) Everyone waits here while Kurt heals her (D) Move along with everyone together

If horror movies taught me anything is that splitting up is always the best idea. You know easy pickings.
Anyways I vote C because strength in numbers.

"Patch her up, Kurt," Lily orders. "Hawke and I will will watch the door."
"Got it. But... we are on a bit of a time crunch, remember?" Kurt says. "We need to get off this ship before they finish loading fresh supplies."
Hawke leans against the wall, poking his head around the door frame. "Then hurry up."
"Fine, fine... But I want you to know, if I have to drag Lily off this ship without Gale and the others, I will," Kurt promises.
"Like Hell," Lily says.
"If it comes to that, I'll stay behind to try to rescue them..." Isana promises.
"Hush." Kurt leans her against a wall, takes out a few tools, and starts his work. "Ugh, no serious injuries, but so much blood."
"You need to work on your bedside manner, Kurt. Let's talk about something else," Isana suggests. She winces as he pulls out another shard. "Hehe... Speaking of Lily being a great actress, you should've seen her earlier."
"Oh?"
"She performed a love scene that would've brought a tear to your eye. All to slip me a lockpick with a climactic. So dramatic." Isana sighs.
"Yes, ha-ha, that thing that I ended up getting tortured for was very funny," Lily says sarcastically.
"...I'm sorry, Princess. Really. I'm the only one who was supposed to get hurt. Zenia promised. Ah...!" Isana squeals as Kurt presses a poultice to one of her wounds. "F-for what it's worth, Princess... um... It really was sort of... w-well, really romantic. You were so noble, risking yourself like that... for me of all people..."
"Please stop talking," Kurt says.
Lily nods enthusiastically. "Yes. Please. I'd rather not remember any of this. It was... humiliating."
"Oh... No, of course. I won't tell anyone you kissed a... lowly dancing girl."
"You know that's not what I meant," Lily assures her. "Tell as many people as you want. I just don't want to relive everything."
"Well... You can forget if you want. But, even with all the pain, I never want to forget it. The day a... a princess sacrificed herself for me! Princess or not, I've never had... anyone... do something... like that... for... me..." Isana's eyes are tearing up and she forces the last few words out between sniffles.
"Isana..." Lily shakes her head and walks over. She reaches out and wipes the tears from her cheeks. "Enough of that. No more talk of staying behind or anything like that. No more of this self-sacrificing nonsense. I'm going to take good care of you."
"Pri... L-Lil... I..." Isana's fighting back tears.
"Now, is there anything you need to tell me?" Lily asks.
"Y... Y-yes..." Isana sobs. "So... so much."
Lily waits expectantly, but Isana seems to be having trouble talking right now. She finally gives up waiting and wraps her in a hug, as best she can with Kurt still working on her. "There'll be time for that later. You've been through a lot these last few days, and we've got a hard fight ahead of us. Just... take a minute and let it out, OK?"
Isana buries her face in Lily shoulder and sobs uncontrollably. Hawke continues to stand by the door and awkwardly pretends he's not paying attention. Kurt finishes cleaning up and clears his throat. "Well... I'm done. As best I can do for now. You're still pretty beat up, so don't push yourself too hard, OK? Leave the brunt of any fighting to us."
"Let's go, then..." Hawke says. "We've wasted enough time. The ship could be pulling out any minute now. We should hurry off."
Lily glares at him. "What did I talk to you about before? You're supposed to protect them as if they were me. We're not leaving Gale and whoever else they have captive."
"Yeah? Well, what do you think's gonna happen if the ship pulls out?" Kurt asks. "They're going to track us down, and if you thought they were cruel before then you're in for a real treat considering we killed three of their men. They don't have any reason to do anything to the others if we leave them. As much as I hate the thought of ditching Gale, I know what she'd do to me if I let them have you, get it? This is our only chance."
(A) ...Fine. Our priority's to escape. Let's head up. (B) We still need more weapons. There should be some on this floor somewhere. (C) The others are below. We're going down. Now.

Ummm like is it an either leave now or blow our chance at escaping or staying behind and rescuing our friends.
I mean I am kinda of leaning towards getting off the ship as soon as possible. Plus if something happens to Gale no more competition for Gin right? Plus maybe Kitty will stop being mad at me and will vote or particpate in my cyoas again.
I am 50/50 A and C.
Wait what about leaving Hawke and Kurt behind and have them take care of Gale and the others while Lily and Issana get off the ship because those two are the most beat up and can use the rest the most.

I'd rather rescue our friends and fight a hoard of pirates than escape now and condemn them to death/not save them/not have them for the following chapters. I have faith in my abilities on the combat field to get us out of any situation. I just can't help in non combat situations that much.

So, that's... like... a vote and a half for both A and C. No one wants free weapons, huh.

"I said we're not leaving anyone behind," Lily insists. "If you've got a problem with that, you can go off on your own."
Kurt shrugs his shoulders. "Fine. The more time I waste arguing, the worse our situation gets. Let's get this over with." Isana's current stats
HP: 9/14 STR: 9 MAG: 7 SKL: 9 SPD: 8 DEF: 6 RES: 7 LCK: 12 You start heading north. The path splits east and west. Lily looks to Kurt, since he's the only one who's been around the ship. "They wrap around and go to the same place," he explains.
Kurt takes point, moves left, and checks for enemies up ahead. He signals the path is clear and the rest follow behind him. The path heads back to the right up ahead. It looks like it make a square. There's a large door leading into a large room in the center. Kurt pauses in front of the door. "The stairs down are up ahead, but... Think we should stop and check this room first? Could be some guards inside. This is a chance to clear them out."
(A) Ignore it, move ahead (B) Head inside as a group, ready to fight (C) Carefully peek inside (D) Knock and see if you get a response

"I really think we should GTFO even if our friends get left behind. ...Hey, want to do this detour?" A. Time's a wastin'. Don't worry I wanted to GTFO to because well being at maybe less then half health and we are completely out match and unarmed but shrugs. Carefully peak inside and at least see if there is potential trouble coming our way later.

D. Lure them out and assassinate them.
It's better to deal with them while we have the advantage because the text suggests we'll have to fight them either way.
