"First thing we'll need is some weapons for everyone once we free them, and not just knives..." Lily reasons. "And it'd be nice to have some medicine, just in case." "Alright. I think we can grab some gear from the large room up north. There were a few guards patrolling, but nothing we can't handle." Kurt cracks open the door and leans out, then immediately ducks back in. Lily and Hawke catch sight of a pirate walking past. The pirate walks past without showing signs of having noticed anything out of the ordinary. (A) Quietly follow a ways behind the pirate (B) Try to shank him in the back (choose who) (C) Split up (D) Go the direction the pirate came from instead

B-ish. Kurt and Hawke silently subdue him and allowing us to interrogate him for info, such as describing who the other prisoners are (to narrow down which weapons to take), maybe something on the layout. Then KO him and drag him back to the room.

Lily motions at the crewman and then to the back of her head, then makes a motion like dragging something into the room. Kurt and Hawke nod. They creep out behind the crewman. Hawke raises his axe and slams the blunt end into the back of the guard's head. Kurt catches him before he can fall and the two drag him back into the room. Lily closes the door.
"We don't have a lot of time to spare, so make this quick," Kurt says. He stuffs a rag in the guard's mouth and shakes him vigorously. When the guard starts to wake up, he stops. He pulls out a dagger. "Listen very carefully. The princess has some questions for you, and you're going to answer. Try to shout or do anything else like that and I'll slit your throat. Got it?"
The guard stares at him angrily and lets out a muffled growl.
"Who else is on this ship besides us and Isana?" Lily asks. "Where are they? How many of you are there?"
Kurt pulls out the gag. The pirate remains silent.
(A) Kick him (B) Ask nicely (C) Threaten (D) Stab him

C) But do it in a creepy nice way. Maybe a little nick or just a little jab to let him know we mean business

C. We'll water barrel him make it seem like you let us out. Let Zenia decide what to do with a traitor like you~

"Maybe if we get caught, we can tell Zenia you helped us break out," Lily suggests.
The pirate scoffs. "Yeah, like she'd believe that, what with the bruise ya put on my noggin."
"Because Zenia's so very reasonable," Lily says sarcastically.
"I'm not scared of her."
A smile spreads across Lily's face. "Well, maybe you shouldn't worry about if you're scared of Zenia. She's not here. I am." She kneels down next to him and pointedly examines her dagger. "Look, we really need you to help us out. And you really need you to help us out. Because I've got a lot of pent up anger. Understand?"
The pirate stares at Lily's knife, then lunges for it. Kurt stabs him in the neck.
"Oops. Probably didn't need to go that far..." Kurt admits.
The pirate chokes loudly as he tries to call out. Kurt stabs him again, harder. To make sure this time.
A few seconds later a gruff voice comes from outside the door. "Oi. What was that noise?"
(A) "...Meow?" (B) "I tripped." (C) (look at Hawke) (D) (be silent and get ready to stab him when he comes in) (E) "I think it came from next door, I don't know what it was." (F) "We were... y'know..."

F) We are experimenting with erotic asphyxiation. This is not at all an attempt to make you as uncomfortable as possible so that you leave us alone.Speaking seriously, it'll be suspicious that Lily would "get around" this much after the Isana stunt (it seemed like a good idea at the time, I swear).
C, but also stand at the side of the door with weapons raised anyway.
Also, drag the guy with throat problems away from directly in front of the door.

You know that Meow? is way to tempting.
I vote A

"Um... Meow?" Lily calls back.
"Stop screwing around and go to sleep!" the crewman orders. "If I have to come back, I'm not gonna be so nice!"
The group can hear him starting to stomp off. Sounds like he's heading towards Isana's room.
(A) Leap out and shank him in the back (B) Wait quietly until he leaves, then head north (C) Wait quietly until he leaves, then check the rooms nearby (D) Obediently go to bed and give up on this 'escape' thing (E) Defiantly meow at him again

I vote B, but I guess E would lure him back towards the room so that we could hide the body and not result in an obvious trail of blood.

"Meow!" Lily yells again.
"I said shut up!" the pirate shouts back.
"Excuse me-ow!?" Lily demands. Kurt gives her a horrified stare. She motions for him and Hawke to get ready on either side of the door. "Captive or nyaaat, I am the crown purrincess of Catcina! You think I'll let vermin like you give me paws!? Meow, do you hear me!? I'll throw the biggest hissy fit you've ever seen! Meow, meow, meow!"
The pirate slams the wall. "Gods above, be quiet!"
"Make me, you stupid bastard!" Lily takes a deep breath. "MEO-O-O-OW!!"
"That's it!" the pirate yells back. "Let's see how tough you are once you're chained up with your little friend!"
"Why don't we see how tough you are in a fair ****ing fight, you chicken****!" Lily calls mockingly.
He doesn't take the bait. Lily hears him disappearing down the hall and throwing open the door to the room Isana's in.
"The heck's going on out there?" a different voice asks.
"The princess is just demanding to go another round. Real masochist, that one!"
"You should really ask Zen-"
"Just shut up and hand me those shackles!"
"Whatever. But if you get in trouble, I'm throwing you under the cart."
Lily can hear him coming back with what sounds like rattling chains. Great, he told someone where he was going...
(A) Stick to the plan. When the other comes to investigate, shank him, too.
(B) Stick to the plan. As soon as the first's down, run to take out the other one.
(C) Stick to the plan. Kill the first, then head north before the other realize's something's wrong.
(D) Time for a change. It's dim, and he probably won't check her. Lily hides a dagger on herself and meets him just outside the door. Once he brings her into the room, Lily shanks one guard while Hawke and Kurt sneak up behind the other.
(E) Lily meets him outside and goes along with him. While he's distracted with her, Kurt and Hawke sneak off north. They'll have to come rescue her later.
(F) Lily runs out of the room and heads north. She'll lead him on a chase while Hawke and Kurt go grab Isana.

What could paw-sibly go wrong? No cat-astrophe can possibly occur as a direct result of this.

The guards are armed, right?
And have pockets, which are often used to store various items?
And dead people aren't going to complain when their posessions are relieved?
Why haven't we looted the dead guy yet?
