I hunted Chameleon for the first time.
I hate him. Always stealing my damn items. At least I got a gem from him and he didn't steal my talons.

All the S Magala equipment has such high affinity... And dragon element... Hm. Critical Up (would need a talsiman), Crit Element (which I can do purely off jewels, meaning I'm free to get HP+20 or Atk(s) from charms), or Critical Eye... and just have every attack crit.

Any creature that can steal (Melynx, Gypceros, and Chameleon) can take rare items like Armor talons and Power talons.

"Oh, let's look up how to unlock the last few GS skills." Complete A Shocking Revelation! "Oh, that doesn't sound so bad." Hunt a Khezu, Lagiacrus, Zinogre, Astalos, and Rajang.

With a Storge Great Sword to go with her EX Storge Gear, June looks like a proper angel ready to smite justice upon evildoers. But Astral's going to be better for quite a while. Seeing as it needs 5 rare S. Magala drops. Then tons of Heavy Armor spheres. And Astral just needs 1 more heavy armor sphere to be done-done. Why are they so blasted hard to farm.
Great Sword's just so mindlessly fun...

I really, really want to hunt. But I can't. And I just got done with over 3 hours worth of cleaning. I am a sad and tired dragon who desperately wants to go home.

We'll boost you through HR7 right quick when you get back and farm you up some decent gear.

I'm so close to finishing the HR Kirin armor... Just 2-3 more hunts.

I know why I hate the Freedom 2 Trio (Teostra, Kushala, and Chameleos) so much.
Their most dangerous attack is their walk cycle, like a Kut-Ku on drugs.

Just tried the SnS. It's just so... visually unimpressive. Small. I feel like friggin'... Toon Link instead of a badass angel with a buster sword of +3 smiting or a badass giant-axe-wielding Sephiroth wannabee or a badass skeleton harvester with a massive hammer or a badass wandering monk with a giant bow or a pretty-pretty butterfly. Same reason I don't use the Dual Blades. Yeah, they do a ton of damage. But I wanna mash ZR and launch a shockwave so massive it plows through an elder dragon. #overcompensation

I forgot how fun it is to do Aerial GS. Just hoping high into the air as you charging up your attack and crash your sword right into the grill of some monster.
Ahhh good times good times. Especially since everytime i do that i get.the urge to wanna say off with there heads.

Dual Blades? Visually unimpressive? Lol. You've obviously never used them, Crow.

Toon Link's a badass, mate. Thrusts swords into craniums and doesn't afraid of anything.

Dual Blades? Visually unimpressive? Lol. You've obviously never used them, Crow. They were... literally the first thing I ever tried... Because "I'm going to be like my Rune Factory character." But it felt like I was using knitting needles. Big. Ass. Axes. All day. Er'ryday.

With Demon Mode/Archdemon mode and Wolf's Maw active, you look like the Demon King- or Queen- risen straight from hell. And you attack so quickly it's awesome. And Aerial DB are widely considered to be the best style/weapon combination in the game.

And combining it with a direct hit from Ground Slash will send Akantor flipping over. And then you've got the switch axe. Dancing around with the axe mode, switching to the blade mode... Thrusting your giant, pulsing sword into a monster until it erupts in a burst of phial juice... And nothing's worse than that feeling when something knocks you away just before that explosion. #moreovercompensation
