Finally made Silverwind's set, and now begins the long and tedious process of upgrading it...
I wonder if it might be easier to go for Dreadking Rath's set. It doesn't look as cool as Silvie's armor imo, but Rath is easier than Narga, and it has some awesome skills(HG Earplugs, Weakness Exploit, and Dreadking Soul, which is Attack Up L and Windproof Hi).

Silvie is my favorite since it works great with the regular Narga weapons mechanically and visually (they get 40% affinity, 180-190 base attack, and two slots usually). This plus the built in skills makes you a hard-to-hit, critical powerhouse with Crit Boost and Critical Eye +3, which Narga weapons take excellent advantage of (and Razor Sharp can be gemmed in). The only Silverwind weapons that work better with the armor are the SnS (if using affinity oil), SA (if using Energy Charge), and the IG, depending on what's more important (slightly higher DPS or Razor Sharp).

Only problem with Silvie is I have to actually find a group willing to farm him with me, since I can barely solo Silvie 1. But I might be able to farm Dreadking on my own, since he's still just a Rath.

Just search for him in the monster section.
There are usually plenty of Deviant rooms.

I learned today that soloing Silver Rath is impossible. Wasted 35 minutes. This is why I still have Kirin armor.

Go with randoms.
It's still much easier than Gold Rath or the hyper versions.
