Anyone bored and wanna do a Sleep-Bombing run with me?
I finally made a Status set (Bonus Shot, Status +2, Bombardier, and Halve Stun since I could either fit that or Dragon Res+15 in and Stun is less situational) and the Deluxe Kettleblower (Rapid Fires all 3 Status 1 Shots) and want to test it out in a group.

Yeah, I'll... I'll set an alarm for 10, 10:30 or so. Hopefully it'll wake me up. It's possible I'll sleep through it, though, so don't wait up.
...Though I guess ya'll can't actually hunt Drageon without me to set the quest...

It's an HR 80 requirement, right?
Or is it HR 70? I think I'm HR 67 or so, so if it's the latter, I might be able to hike it up enough to host it if need be. Also, fair warning, you need to be able to access the quest yourself for the Alatreon equipment to unlock if its anything like Deviants and some of the other HR-locked monsters.

It's okay, Crow. Alatreon will kill us quickly, and then you can go back to bed.  Also, in case you don't know, Alatreon has different weaknesses and resistances depending on if he's in Ground Form or Air Mode. He's generally weak to Water IIRC, and weakest to Ice and Lightning in Ground Form. He resists Fire and Dragon. In Air Mode, he's weakest to dragon, but resists Ice and Lightning. At least, I think that's how it goes. It's been a while since I fought him. |

And his water weakness is only marginal, so it's best to stick with status or raw weapons.

Ugh. That Brachy fight. Wrong armor and weapon's excusable since I didn't know what we'd be fighting when I geared up. But wrong item set? Brachy's not an elder dragon... Pretty obviously wasn't at my best last night.

Why no aerial against Alavon? Avalon. Alatreon. Mark of a great game: mention of the word "Avalon" is enough to have me wondering if I have free time to replay Ace Combat Zero Saturday. Faulkner was the very beginning inspiration for Aeva. Like, conceptual what-am-I-even-doing-level. |
