Earth is also a poor choice. None of the classic elements should be the leader. Remember how Xemnas was Nothingness?
They should have some sort of organized uniform.

I think we should use something a bit more technological than the Org XIII uniforms.
Void seems to similar to Nothingness. We should just wait and let HHD decide.

I'm not sure about the idea of a uniform, but if we are going to go with a uniform I think the color white should definitely be implemented if we don't go with colors based on individual elements or some such s***.
White is a reflection of all colors, and Nobodies could be seen as similar to Bramimond. "It is a mirror that reflects the person addressing it... There are as many Bramimonds as there are people facing [it]." -Athos

How about grey? With individual stripes or some such s*** of different colors (gods I love blue) for different characters (lol HHD's guy could have rainbow patterns).
I mean, Nobodies are sorta outside of the realm of light and dark, and most Nobodies seem to be whitish-grey.

Sorry for those on EST, but on weekends I get up past noon my time.
Empty House it is. It honestly reminds me of some sort of macabre charity (reminds me of Covenant House...) but we can work that. The organization is a place of shelter for Nobodies who have nowhere else to go. In terms of structure, I should think that there's no official ranking except for one person who's the "founder" and acts more like a caretaker or like...church father, but in a non-religious way if that makes sense. And the Founder would have people he trusts more and trusts less so that makes an informal ranking, possibly. Of course, without emotions they have no sense of morality so they don't exactly land on the good side of alignments.Total members...I would say no fixed number.Although I do have some suggestions based on FF worlds.
Their MO is not only to shelter Nobodies but also to discover more about themselves and Nobodies in general. So they'd go to other worlds looking for this information. The key one would be Ansem the Wise's research in Radiant Garden (I never said Ansem never existed. He could have done his experiments and then buried them before going to far. Without Xehanort, they were just forgotten). But with FF worlds, there's other possibilities like the FFIX Genomes and their status as soul vessels, or if the FFX Fayth could summon a heart for a Nobody (I can totally see Jecht ending up as a Nobody, with Sin being his Heartless. The final summoning is actually a ritual to separate heart from body just like Ansem SoD did...).
I don't think there needs to be a uniform, but maybe they all bear an emblem somewhere.

Ooh, how about this: There's the Father, Moran. Below him, there are the Bishops. The Bishops are the expert hunters, warriors, and paladins. These are your Org XIII member equivalents. Below them, there are the Clerics. The Clerics are human Nobodies with a few of the more intelligent monstrous ones, and are used to collect information. These also organize findings, hand out missions, and such. High Ranking Clerics also do field research and are on par with the Bishops in standing. Below the Clerics are the Priests, who are entirely human Nobodies and also some regular humans who are part of the group, who recruit others to the Empty House. Everyone else is part of the Laity. These are the lowest of the low, and the grunts used for some missions, low-ranking soldiers, or just plain residents. |

Good thing I already made a custom cloak for Mark. Though, I wonder if he'll be ranked Laity. Anyway, if the Empty house aren't our enemies, then who is besides HH 's character?

Now that I think of it, the Org XIII wore those cloaks because they used corridors of darkness to travel between worlds. If the Empty House does the same then they'd need a cloak equivalent which means a uniform. So go right on ahead Golurk. Heroes would use Keyblade armour/Gummi ships.
I was trying to stay away from the religious angle but couldn't find the words. I envisioned something more like Redwall (if you're familiar with that), where there's the Abbot at the top, but everyone else isn't ranked. The issue with tiers is that we don't have enough RPers to run all of them. I'm not against multitasking, but I'd rather that the EH stays smaller. I'm up for it though if everyone likes it.
