Will it do that strange DW habit of featuring historical figures from different areas in one time?
If so, I wanna be Bodhidharma. : )

Will it do that strange DW habit of featuring historical figures from different areas in one time? If so, I wanna be Bodhidharma. : ) The plot will be similar to Warriors Orochi, but with more historical and mythological accuracy. So yes, you may choose to be someone from a different time. Also, I may allow original characters, if said character fits. So if you want to create a new officer in Cao Cao's army, then I'm not that opposed to it. But if you want to create a brand new son of Cao Cao, who doesn't exist in history, then that's a no go. Now, if the characters have an actual basis in history, but aren't proven to have been real, like Fuma Kotaru and Lu Xi, then I will allow that.

Okay.
Is it similar to Orochi in concept (figures from multiple eras and such team up against an evil force) or what?

Okay. Is it similar to Orochi in concept (figures from multiple eras and such team up against an evil force) or what? Yes, it's similar in concept, with a few twists. There are a lot of kinks I'm still trying to work out, like whether I allow people to play as Major Characters(Lu Bu, Cao Cao, Liu Bei, Sun Jian, Oda Nobunaga etc) or not. I'm also still deciding on what eras to use, and what special characters from said eras to allow. Ex- If you want to RP as Ioshua, then no. But I may allow Joan of Arc, purely because she was in Warriors Orochi 2.

She was making a cameo from the Troy Musou thing. So, what eras so far? What mythology is in use?

Not talking about your participation percent, Neo. Not doing an RP based in feudal japan. A few elements, but I'm aiming for something different. You can do whatever DW RP/CYOA your doing.
Mine is different.

I chose Clarinet because I just have some weird inexplicable stigma against flutes.
It just seems so clichéd and such. I would be playing the F Horn (It's called the French Horn because idiots even though it's a German instrument and the Bflat horn is the French one) for my fifth year, but I had to drop Band in order to take Chem Lab for Honors Chem (which is infamously hard at my school).

Hardcore bands take it off time-table. 7 am and 4 pm rehearsals. Then join the jazz band course that rehearses at lunch. 10 course time table. And then for your single on-time table course that isn't an intense IB academic brain masher, volunteer with the band teacher to help teach a lower level band class. Awwww yeah.
My school had a large music program.
Medieval setting? How about Greek mythology?
And I'd gladly take that RP concept but I'm on vacation soon so...it won't happen for a while. I'll look into it though.

Okay HHD.
GX, I don't really know what it is against flutes that I have. It's just some sort of social thing.

I think I'll go with my original plan of a medieval RP. All the other ideas are great and all, but if I can make a CYOA, then I should be able to make a plot for a RP. Gonna take some time for I can get a good idea going, but I should be able too...

She was making a cameo from the Troy Musou thing. So, what eras so far? What mythology is in use? Well, without spoiling too much(at least not yet), the Three Kingdoms period in China, the Warring States period in Japan, True Feudal Japan(Several hundred years before the Warring States period), Third Crusade era England(Which will also encompass other historical figures around that time), and a few others. I can say, special characters like Richard Cour de Leon, or as he's better known Richard the Lionheart, Arthur and Uther Pendragon , Achilles, Alexander the Great, Jubei Yagu, Yoshitsune Minamoto, Han Xing, and a few more will be available. I will also have some cameos, from certain CYOAs and games, but they won't be available as PCs. While I can't say what the main mythology is, as that would ruin the surprise, I can say several mythologies and religions will clash, everything from Shiva and Anu, to Quetzalcoatl and Neptune, and more. However, from Chinese and Japanese mythology, only Susanoo, Amaterasu, and Nu Wa will have a significant appearance. The reason why is obviously spoilers. What I'm really having trouble with is the battle system, which is the main reason why I did RoS first. If it's a CYOA, then having DW themed battles won't be that difficult, I don't think. But as a RP... I just can't figure it out. If you want to help, you're free to PM me. I could really use some suggestions.

You don't necessarily need a battle system, but instead of treating individual characters against others, have it based on army size and conditions such as morale, terrain, hunger, disease, etc. For one-on-one battles, use a similar system if you want, but these would be much harder to do. You can forgo the system and just have it written without one for these, or use a sort of stat system for each officer to determine successful strikes, but this would make one-on-one battle take a very long time with two writers.

I don't really know what it is against flutes that I have. It's just some sort of social thing. How can you hate flutes? Flute is the soprano to the Horn's tenor. And in musical theatre terms that's the leading lady and her man, just sayin' Golurk, mind sending me any pre-existing LOTUS related ideas you have? I'd like to use whatever you've got as a starting point. I also want there to be a battle system. Not a complicated one, but something integrated with the setting. And I might change the name (although I don't have the best track record with those *coughstarburstcough*)

I'll send you some ideas that I had for it, but I'm not sure what kind of battle system it could really use, since a powers based one like I was going to use for TBtP seems sort of limiting in this setting, and I don't have any other ideas for one.
