Kiran heads into the security office.
He finds two other security officers standing around, watching televisions and/or chatting with each other. One is Natsumi's dad.
"Did you miss Stephen, Kiran? He should have told you I had to send Natsumi home. Or did you need something?" he asks.
(A) "Uhhhhhh..." (run, choose one of the previous locations)
(B) "I wanted to ask what happened?"
(C) "...Bathroom?"
(D) "I locked Stephen away. This is a rebellion! PHANTOM THIEVES ROLL!"
(E) "I'm lost. Which way to the exit?"
(F) "I'm lost. Which way to the most secret secrets in Vitcorp?"
(G) "Any chance I can get a tour before I go?"
(H) "Hey, how do I get a job on the security team?"

"What happened? Is Natsumi OK?" Kiran asks.
Natsumi's dad frowns. "I guess you haven't heard the full story yet. But I should let her tell you herself."
"Uh? But..."
"I know she's upset about all this, and with me. But she's grounded for her own good as much as for a punishment."
"OK, but..."
"Because people will be mad at her once word starts getting around. Like what happened today. Some people are going to blame her for all this. Some people might even accuse her of doing worse than she did."
"..."
"And it is her fault for getting involved in this. She should have just walked away and dealt with this more responsibly. She needs a few days to get her head back on straight."
"Huh?"
"You better not make trouble for your father like this, Kiran. Leave dealing with complicated situations to the adults like us."
"...OK, so... I'm just gonna... go?" Kiran says.
"I'll walk you out."
"No, it's OK. I remember the way. It's just down the hall, right?" Kiran asks.
Natsumi's dad nods, and Kiran heads back out.
Whew. Dodged that bullet.
(A) Head left and follow the signs towards logistics
(B) Head left and follow the signs towards janitorial
(C) Head left and rescue Stephen (and get your stuff)
(D) Head right and into the lobby, leave Vitcorp
(E) Head right, into the lobby, and up in the elevator

(Come on guyz D was the only correct answer to the previous question. Plus lol adults being able to handle complicated matters like this. If Persona taught me anything its that adults are either the Villains or they are woefully unaware on how to deal with demons and other dimensions.)

Kiran the well-labeled path towards Logistics. He exits the room calmly and slowly, closes the door, then dips at full speed. Just bounces. Completely ignores this Stephen guy pounding on the door, trying to escape.
He soon finds a large area filled with boxes, conveyor belts, a few loading docks for trucks to pull into. A couple burly guys are currently unloading a shipment. A small office blocks the path to check out the main area.
A blond-haired man steps out of the office, locking it behind him. "Oh. Hello. Were you here to apply for one of the courier positions? You're a bit late for today, but I guess I could squeeze you in before I leave."
His nametag says he's Mr. Selig. Sounds familiar...
(A) Uh, sorry, what are we talking about?
(B) Yes. Yes, that is exactly why I'm here.
(C) Oh, no, I'll just come back later.
(D) I'm lost.
(E) Vive la revolution! (shove him into his room)

"Great, we can use a few more workers. Come on in, I'll get you a form." Mr. Selig heads into his office and opens his desk. "You'll be delivering packages. You'll probably work once or twice a week, depending on our work load."

"OK, I guess we're doing this now," Kiran says.
"I'm sorry?" Mr. Selig asks.
"Nothing, just talking to myself," Kiran says.
"I see. Well, here's the paperwork. Just fill this out and we'll get this going."
"Right, yes. Filling out the paperwork. Hm." Kiran looks over the document. It's shockingly simple. Other than proof of parent's permission. That could be difficult...
"Just a second." Kiran takes out his phone and dials his father's number. "Hey, Dad? Any chance you can fax me a permission slip thing so I can get a part time job?"
"Mmmmm, that could be an issue, Sport. See, I maybe sorta accidentally joined a guerrilla faction trying to bring down the local government since they're barring me from leaving for home."
"Oh. That sounds fun?" Kiran says.
"It's not as bad as the divorce proceedings, that's for sure! Haha! Ahhhh, I'll see what I can do, OK?"
"Yeah, thanks. See you when you get home. Bye, Dad!"
"Take care of Dogachu! And Somnis. Love ya!" Kiran's dad hangs up.
"...Well, Dad's going to try to send you something?" Kiran says.
"Alright. Well... I guess we'll keep your application on file and move forward once we get the confirmation?" Mr. Selig suggests.
"Great!" Kiran says. "I, uh, hope to hear from you soon?"
"So do I!" Mr. Selig says. He shakes Kiran's head and sends him on his way.
Kiran exits the room, thinking about his next move, when he nearly slams into Natsumi's dad. "Kiran!"
"Yes?"
"Did you lock one of my guards in the conference room!?" He's clearly struggling to keep his anger in check.
"Um. It was an accident?" Kiran tries.
"I see. Well, I'll just escort you out to make sure you don't have anymore."
Kiran soon finds himself outside of Vitcorp. It's later than he expected... He didn't get to study as much as he would of liked. More importantly, he barely got to flirt with Natsumi at all! Ugh. He decides to call it a day and go home.

Kiran goes to sleep. He dreams of that underground dungeon again. This time, everything seems quiet. He occasionally hears something skittering about in the darkness up above, from the hanging lights and cables. It's rather unnerving, but it doesn't seem to be outright hostile...
Saturday, September 22
Kiran wakes up sweating. "Ah, jeez. Giant spiders. Dogachu, giant spiders didn't sneak in while I was sleeping, right?" Dogachu, flopped over on Kiran's bed, glares at him and grunts. Then goes back to sleep. "Yeah, no giant spiders... Good."
"Spiders?" Somnis asks from the window. "Oh, you mean like graablraaablraaabl." She pantomimes a spider. Badly.
"Uh. No. Like... A giant one that hangs out in a dungeon or something?"
"Oh. You've been playing too many games again, huh," Somnis says.
"I guess..." Kiran rubs his eyes, then glances over at his phone and sees a message. It's from Natsumi.
"I dunno what you did but Dad's pissed at me about it =/ and says I shouldn't hang out with you anymore 9_9 yknow on top of everything else (´・ω・`) Hey if you go to the soccer game say hi to Freya for me ;.;"
Huh.
"Oh, yeah. The soccer game's today. This afternoon. At school. Oh, and don't forget the meeting tonight. About the you-know-what. In the hospital," Somnis says, having read the message over your shoulder. "I guess Natty can't come, since she's grounded... Did you ever find out what happened to her? She won't give me a straight answer."
"Vaguely," Kiran says. He explains the situation to Somnis.
"Oh, that was... Nat. Nat made Morgan... want to... Oh." Somnis trails off and looks like she's trying very hard to keep up a poker face.
(A) Invite ____ to ____

(C) Head to the mall
(D) Go annoy the people warming up for the soccer game.

Kiran decides to head over to the school and pester the people getting ready for the big game.
Freya's here, getting everyone ready and organized. Her sister's here, too, struggling with a big cooler presumably loaded with drinks. Avel runs over and gives her a hand. Zack and Lance are passing a soccer ball between each other. And Leia and that other newish freshman guy walk up as Kiran watches them.
Mattea has a group of her own off to the side. It looks like Tom, Somnis, Tia, and Sachi.
(A) Go annoy Freya.
(B) Check on Raine and Avel.
(C) Check on Zack and Lance.
(D) Hey, Leia. You look cute today.
(E) Hey, dude. Lloyd or something, right?
(F) Check in on that group of 5.

Kiran walks over to you while you're trying to warm up. "Hey, dude. Lloyd, right?"
The kid snaps to attention. "Oh hey. No, no. I'm Floyd. Close, though, for someone I've never met before. You were the statue, right? At the art festival?"
"Statue? Nah, that doesn't sound like me. Well, I dunno. Maybe it could have happened. Anyway. Someone mentioned you the other day." Kiran stops and stands there awkwardly. "So... Gonna play some soccer, huh."
"Yep. Speaking of which, we can talk but you should at least pretend to be helping me warm-up. Wouldn't want to risk Freya's wrath." Floyd kicks Kiran the ball.
(A) Kick it back as hard as possible
(B) Kick it away, just to be a jerk
(C) "So... you like soccer, huh."
(D) "Why're you doing this today?"
(E) "You're new at the school, right?"
