Z.)Invite Dogachu to dunk Somnis in the fountain

H.) You know nothing like hanging out with our Floof and nice healthy meal

Wait why is Somnis hanging out at the graveyard if she is still at the volunteer club?

Kiran says goodbye to the others, tells Natsumi to be careful with whatever she's doing with Freya, and tells Buttons to be careful not to get arrested again.

"Goodbye, Kiran!  Tell Somnis hi!" Natsumi says.

"Make sure you get plenty of rest.  Tomorrow's the first meeting of the Occult club..." Buttons says ominously.  "Mwahahaha...!"

Kiran makes his way to the Volunteer club.  There's... a small army of cats walking around and meowing.

Somnis notices him, then checks the clock.  "Oh, wow.  It's that late already?  Sorry, everyone, it's time for the kitties to go home!  But I'm sure they all really enjoyed a chance to get out and play!  And remember - we're gonna be building a house tomorrow, which might not sound as fun, but it's so totally rewarding!  And we'll do all sortsa other stuff throughout the year, so I hope to see you all back!"

Somnis and some animal control officer help round up all the cats to head back to the shelter.  A pink-haired girl seems to be attracting them like a magnet, so they really just have her stand close to the crates and wait for them to wander in.

When everyone else is gone, Kiran jerks his thumb towards the door.  "So, ready to go?"

Somnis throws an arm around Kiran's neck and swings herself up into his arms.  "Carry me!" she insists.

"Absolutely not..." Kiran grunts.  "You're too heavy.  We wouldn't make it halfway before I collapsed."

"I'm not heavy, you're just scrawny..." Somnis pouts as she drops down and gets ready to go.

The walk back is uneventful.  Somnis sends her mom a message that she'll be hanging out with Kiran, and a squirrel almost gets hit by a car before it slams on its brakes, but that's the most interesting thing that happens.

When you get home, Kiran opens the door and Somnis darts in past him.  Dogachu practically tackles her to the ground.  Then gives Kiran a 'woof,' then goes back to Somnis.  Somnis, meanwhile, wastes no time making herself at home, tossing her backpack, shoes, and jacket aside.

"So, what d'ya want for dinner?" she asks.

"Just throw in some toaster strudel or something..."

Somnis plops her hands on her hips and stares up at Kiran.  She's trying to look intimidating.  But with how small she is, she just looks cute.  "No deal!  I promised your dad you'd eat at least one healthy meal a week, even if I have to force feed it to you!"

"OK, OK!  Jeez, put down that funnel.  I'll give you a hand."

"Hrk...  U-um...  OK..."  Somnis looks scared.  She cracks open the fridge and some cabinets, then decides on a meal.  She cracks a few eggs into a bowl and hands it to Kiran.  "Alright, just beat the eggs.  Even you can't screw this one up. "

He proceeds to screw this one up, spilling the eggs on the floor.  "Sorry..." he says.  "Guess I need to work on my proficiency."

Somnis sighs and takes his gear away.  "I'll get Dogachu to help me instead."

"Rrrff," he says with a wire whisk in his jowls.

Somnis gives him a fresh bowl of eggs to work on while she gets some spices and stuff together.  "So, what d'ya wanna do after dinner?  Study?  Watch a movie, maybe?"

(A) Let's study.
(B) Wanna watch some stupid action movie?
(C) Think you can handle a horror movie this time?
(D) Video games?
(E) I got a new comic book yesterday.
(F) I just wanna take a nap...
(G) How about we lift some weights?

B.

Stupid action movies are great!

"Video games?" Kiran suggests.

Somnis shudders, nearly dropping a tomato.

"...Are you OK?" Kiran asks.

"Bad... memories..." she whispers.

"C'mon, I didn't beat you that bad last time..."

"...OK.  But I get to pick the game.  And you have to go easy on me!"  Somnis points a spatula at you threateningly.

A few minutes later, and she finishes making dinner.  Omelettes with cheese, chunks of tomato and mushroom, a bit of sliced ham...  Honestly not that hard to cook, but well beyond Kiran's capabilities.  Somnis isn't anything special at cooking, just... competent.

They sit together on the couch, watching whatever terrible show's on TV.  Somnis leans against Kiran while they eat, and Dogachu lays across Somnis.  They're both such a snuggle-monsters...  Not that Kiran minds.  Usually.  It's a pretty enjoyable meal.

Afterwards, Somnis digs around Kiran's game collection before pulling out Kart Kart.  Her favorite.  Kind of a casual game, but still fun.

"Remember, you have to go easy on me!"

(A) Sure.
(B) Sure (lie).
(C) Sure (HUGE LIE).
(D) I am going to dominate you!
(E) I'll give you a big headstart, but then I'm going all out!

Take out the chocolate, dangle it in front of her face, pull up when she bites for it and then drop it on her face so it lands between her eyes.
