Bag of Holding: 1,000 Credits Native Bird? You want like a dragon bird or maybe a mechanical bird?
Weapon Upgrades By spending 10,000 Credits, you can upgrade your weapon's strike bonus or damage bonus by 1. You can also spend the same amount for a range bonus of 10 feet. Every time you upgrade the same weapon, you're upgrade cost goes up by 10,000 more Credits. So your second upgrade is 20,000, your third is 30,000, and so on. If you bring your own materials to upgrade the weapon, you can half the price of the upgrade. Armor can also be upgraded in the same sense with 10,000 cost for an extra 10 MDC/SDC depending on the armor type. Keep in mind that your upgrade costs are separate for each weapon/armor. If you're buying your fifth upgrade for your sword, it will cost 50,000, but your third upgrade for your whip only costs 30,000. Make sense?

Mystic, the Hurricane spell is actually a Level 7 spell. Would that change anything? Blame the bad spacing of the PDF. One basket of sea serpent scales and an ice core. Ice Cores can be harvested from Mt. Chill on Ard. Kana can tell you that they're in the ancient ruins, but they're hard to find, so once you're in there, you're working on your own.

Oh! I know! We have to break the large fire scales then kill an ice jelly with bash damage, right?

That's a big difference between level 6 and 7... But okay. I don't think I'll be able to get that spell anytime soon. Which makes me sad. But Oh well.

I never got information on upgrade costs. It's...right there, Lurk. The biggest part of my more recent post.

It's probably enough for two upgrades in either a weapon or equipment. You can pick which one.

Any possibility of having SDC damage to MDC damage upgrade?

Okay.
I need to check how many funds Don has. I didn't take that 15,000 that GX offered because I didn't realize we would be able to upgrade equipment so soon.

Technically, your SDC weapon can do MDC with about 470,000 Credits in upgrades, but it's probably easier to just buy a new weapon or something.

My weapon is already MDC. While it's a spear, it's equivalent to a vibrospear, remember?

The Mind Control and Possession saves are not on it.

Upgrading SDC weapons into MDC weapons IS actually a thing in the book, but it takes a very specific process and is hard to do.
I think there should be a limit on how many times you can upgrade a particular weapon/armor. Because otherwise that breaks the game. We aren't exactly going to be hurting on money in this campaign. Cause Dracopixie farm. I'd say maybe the max number of upgrades allowed for any one weapon or armor should be 6.

So, I just finish my level-up and I do think Weapon Upgrades shouldn't be a thing.
Weapon proficiencies already give you bonuses when you level up.

Actually, I'm pretty sure looking at the bonuses per cost, it's not even remotely overpowered. At a certain point, it becomes really inefficient and you should just buy a new weapon.
