Neo was talking about how people really, really hate psionics. But, uh... Celica did not roll well for base ISP and can't use mask ISP well. And is a major psionic. But on page 369 it talks about how several abilities can't penetrate a Heavy Power Armor cockpit. Would psionic detection penetrate a cockpit?
Unless I give up my Fusion Boom Block, I'm starting the campaign with 1 credit. And I like my fusion boom block.

GX said this will give you ideas for an enemy for the campaign. Consider it a challenge.

Well, not necessarily a powerful psionic ability, but the user has to be better than just casually practicing psionic abilities. I'm going to say it won't be too much of a problem unless you run into someone that is strong enough to psychic through the armor. If that makes any sense to you.

Mystic, what date are we planning to have the practice session on? You told me not to make any plans until everyone had their characters ready. Golurk is having a mini practice session tomorrow.

Oh right. I did say that. Sorry, there's just a lot on my mind right now. I might pop in tomorrow, if that's okay. I'd still attend the full practice session unless something comes up, but I'm still really confused on how combat works and could use all the practice I could get.

I'm planning to put together a flow chart for it, I think... maybe... If I find the time. Give me a chance to try my new flow-chart-making-toy.
I'd already read the basic coalition stuff, but I only read the specifics over lunch. Man. They are not going to like Celica. I think of their little list of no-nos, she ticks all but one box. Since some people think Glitter Boys are alien tech from the great and powerful NEEMANS.

Actually who is everyone going to be. Would someone be able to do a brief summary of all the PC and just a general description or short summary.
Example
Mystic: Playboy, wanna be hero, bard named Karth
Neo: Dragon god overlord named Iodine.
Etc.

Crow: psychic mech girl Celica
Golurk: A really ugly scholar with a flame javelin
GX: a cyber knight with a past that is yet to be determined
Malefio: a slimey slime

The Coalition hates our entire party, Crow. No, seriously. They do. Our party consists of a Master Psychic Dragon, a Major Psychic Cyber Knight, a Major Psychic Glitter Boy, a Rogue Scholar, and a Demon Practitioner of Magic who specializes in Shifter magic. We are literally the Coalition's worst nightmare. Sure, X. Neo's character: Shira Eleanor Lionheart, or just Shira for short. She's a very young dragon hatchling who's always getting into trouble and causing mischief. She's adorable, intelligent, and far too curious for her own good. She also happens to be indescribably gorgeous, and she thoroughly enjoys using her good looks to charm people into giving her new toys and presents. She's very naive and innocent, but also very good at seducing poor fools and sneaking off into the shadows before they notice she's gone.

Don Thoreau (my character) is a mysterious scholar who writes and distributes books, both his own and pre-coalaition artifacts. He works to restore lost novels and has tried rewriting famous works lost to time, with various success.

I hear in ancient dragon tongue her name is pronounced "Eusyram"

I may have something wrong. When the mech's using hand-to-hand, does it use Celica's PS for the damage bonus, or the mech's? The text made it sound like it uses her own which makes... some sense, I guess, since its power armor instead of a robot...?
I found the rules for leaping. It's in the main book in printings later than 12th edition on page 44.
"For humans, figure that normal untrained characters can leap 4' high and 5' long. Characters with either the acrobatics or gymnastics skills increase their distance by 2' per level of experience (Note: This is 2' for either skill; having both skills will NOT increase the distance beyond the 2'). Modifying a character's leaping distance for physical attributes (i.e. speed, strength, and/or prowess) is an option for the individual GM."

It would make sense they could leap farther than normal humans.

Yes, other than that being really, really high... I could understand it from the logic that power armor is magnification of the user's base force. Which one are you going to use for NPCs?
