Alright. Just wanted to know what you were going for.
I have games where I actively try to kill my players (mainly the horror one) and others where I'm just trying to tell a story, so I wanted to have an idea of the death toll for your campaign.

I generally try to discourage killing someone just for the sake of death. If you want to switch permanently to a new character at any point, you can always tell me. We can work out a reason why they might leave and get replaced by a new character. But try to avoid getting killed on purpose. It usually plays out awkwardly or poorly when done.

Of course, I never try to get killed on purpose.
I usually warn the GM that I don't mind my characters dying though, I usually have at least 5 characters in mind.
This time though, I have only one... Sheets for rifts are way longer to make than the table tops me and my friends usually do.

28s, 29s... and here I was feeling good about having two 17s and no stats below average.

I got an 8 and 5, but it makes sense for my character imo...
17 is my highest stat though

That's because their classes get ridiculous stat boosts, like +12 after rolling.

I should be rolling this afternoon, so I'll post my luck then.

Yeah, my sheet is far from done.

If you roll a 16+ in a stat (not if you have 16+, just the nat roll), you roll another d6 and add it. If that's a 6, you get 1 more d6. Capping at 5d6/30.

Oh I have two stats to add a d6 in then...

And don't forget that even non-psionic classes get to roll for psionic powers. Roll 1d100. 1-10, natural major psion. 11-25, minor psion. 26+, only if your class gets psionics.
Other than that I don't remember any weirdness in the character creation... Oh, I guess remember that the list of secondary skills is smaller than the list of all skills?

I need to make another roll, then.

I rolled the absolute minimum for starting money, and GB already starts with a relatively small amount... But it also starts with enough equipment I guess it's not an issue. We can buy basic starting equipment like flashlights and compasses for list price pre-start?

Wait, this has exploding dice for stat rolls?
That seems really broken.

And for rolls, there's only a 38% chance that only one stat will explode out of 10 rolls.
That seems really unfair, and takes away what good comes from rolling for stats. It makes the gap between good luck and bad luck even larger.

(Chatlog randomly jumps to top of page) (Sees Mystic referencing babies in bags of holding) Hey, it worked. And an assassin did come after the baby. ...Though I suddenly remember that because that character was an oracle, and oracles have to take a debuff/curse... It was actually a Haunted Bag of Holding.

Hey, Mystic, can you add a second character sheet for my mech? Because I think that'll be easier in the long run than filling it in as a minion.
