My priority of where I'm leaning is B -> D ------------------literally anything else ------> C.
2. Toss some of it in a potted plant when nobody's looking. Impaired prison breaks are bad. Trusting drunken men to handle your drinks is also bad.
fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu-- send back the 5 and 6. I should also mention that I'm bad never certain in my plays.

Considering she's around a buncha drunk pirates, that's probably a very good decision. Not that I would write anything as dark as some people definitely started imagining. Instead, they'd just eventually find the knife she's hiding.
...Which was supposed to be an option, but I forgot.

"Anyone want to spare me a few coins?" Lily asks. She does her best puppy dog eyes.
The pirates look around, before one tosses her three coins. "I'll want a cut o' your winnings if you end up on a hot streak, 'course."
Lily thanks him with a polite smile and puts one coin in the pot. She passes back her 4 and 5... and proceeds to draw a 4 and 5. Trash. Lily doesn't even bother with the next round of betting. She folds immediately. One of the pirates wins with 2 pair. The next round goes about as well, with Lily losing another coin on a pair of 3's.
She tries to find a place to dispose of her grog, but she doesn't see anywhere that wouldn't be obvious. So she does the next best thing, taking small sips and pretending to be drinking more than she is. It's so awful, she doesn't know if she could drink it if she wanted to... The pirates give boisterous laughs every time she sets her mug down and lets out a "bleh." At least they seem to be enjoying themselves.
Still no sign of the others. Last coin, too. If Lily's not careful, this could be her last hand. And then they'll take her back to her room, find the bodies, and... Lily will figure out what to do if that happens. She's acutely aware of the dagger hidden in her tunic.
She puts her last coin in the pot and gets her hand. A 4 and 5 of diamonds, and 3 spades: 5, 8, and 10. Better, but still not great...
Choose up to 3 to send back.
Or which of the pirates to start a-stabbin'.

Both the others look pretty confident.
Lily looks at her hand again.
(A) Admit defeat gracefully and say you'll head back to your room on your own
(B) Admit defeat gracefully and ask to just sit around a while, it's boring back there
(C) Bluff. HARD.
(D) Flip the table. Throw some booze. Start a fistfight.
(E) STAB SOMEONE.
