Man summoning would be so cool.
I vote E because DM Girl FTW and Dark Magic user will be cool too

Meh. Okay, fine. I'll change my vote from Anima magic to Dark magic.

Rand strolls over to the weapons rack. He reaches for a hand axe. He stops and sizes up his opponents, then takes an iron axe instead. He tosses it into the air and flips it, nodding approvingly. He slides a javelin out of the rack and balances it in his hand. He strolls over and takes up a position facing the recruits.
Lily browses the selection of tomes before her eyes settle on a black-bound book. She holds it in her palm and waves her other hand above it. The cover flips open and the pages flutter past. She scans the passing pages with interest, then snaps it shut. She slides a rapier out of its sheathe, peers down the blade, frowns, places it back, and takes another. She flourishes it with a satisfied smile and takes her place by Rand's side.
The pair of soldiers tighten their guard around the priest. The priest gives Lily and Rand a nervous wave. The cavalier separates herself from the others, waiting for an opening. A stern mask of concentration is plastered across her face.
Sherry inspects the group. "Alright. Rand, Lily. You have initiative. Begin!" Lily: (A) Attack the cavalier (B) Attack the soldiers (C) Attack the priest (D) Take a defensive position
(1) Rapier (2) Flux
Rand: (L) Attack the cavalier (M) Attack the soldiers (N) Attack the priest (O) Take a defensive position
(3) Iron Axe (4) Javelin

Rule number one of anything: shoot the medic first.
B2 (disrupt soldier formation), N4 (while they're disrupted and the priest is potentially vulnerable)

Rule number one of anything: shoot the medic first. B2, N4 Correct! Lily's magic should be effective on that armor and once the enemy is down and out of the way, Rand can use the javelin to take out the exposed healer. Then all that's left to worry about is the cavalier, which should fall quickly to Lily's Rapier. Hooray strategy! Of course, I am worried about them getting hurt. Those soldiers we're sparring with are getting hit by some strong attacks...and we threw a javelin into the priest.

A2. Mounted units are a greater threat. And Cavaliers typically have really low resistance.
N4. Attempt to take out the Priest. Even if Rand's Javelin misses the Priest, it will still hit one of the soldiers and disrupt their formation. It will also force the Priest to heal, which is a good thing. If we can't take the Priest out immediately, the best thing we can do is keep them occupied until we can thin the soldiers.
Done right, we should be able to take out the Cavalier and take out the priest or disrupt the guard formation all in under a few seconds, which will greatly reduce their ability to counterattack.
Edit: This way, we won't necessarily have soldiers AND a Cavalier all attacking us next turn. And we can then finish the fight at our leisure. If we leave the Cavalier alone, it could take us two turns or more to take him out. He's not going to attack Lilly when she has a Rapier, and even if he does, she would have to equip it first. This way, even if the Flux doesn't one-shot the Cavalier, he'll be weakened enough to be taken out by our counterattack. Or he'll be forced to go for healing. Either way, the enemy's counterattack is lessened by quite a bit.
Oh, and Mystic, that's tactics, not strategy. Strategy is the big picture, I.E planning a war. Tactics are the actual movements of troops on the field.

Are these magical FE Javelins that materialize back in your hands after being thrown, or are they actually realistic javelins that stay stuck in a foe's abdomen? If it's the latter, I'm gonna smack some fools who didn't vote for bows.

Of course they're magic re-appearing javelins. June's hatchet is specially enchanted to reappear in her hand when thrown. But I can't wait for another FE-based character to use a javelin/hand axe in Oz.

Hm. So everyone wants the crown prince to bully poor, defenseless Shep with a javelin. Most people want Lily to use magic, but they're undecided whether to drop it on Kelly or the soldiers. Hm...

Give it time, Crow. Everyone will eventually remember that I'm always right in CYOAs. And those who never knew will soon learn.

Between a cavalier and a bunch of soldiers? I think she should go after the soldiers.

Voting in your own CYOA, Crow? Did you forget that I see everything? If it were anyone else, I would change my vote. But if you want us to go after the soldiers, than, in my mind, that only confirms we should prioritize the Cavalier.

Three coins, three tails. I'm pretty sure "Anna" definitely wants you to go after the soldiers. Which, yeah, means you probably shouldn't. If I'm going to use an RNG sometimes, it's more fun if it has an actual personality.

Lily dramatically waves her rapier before shoving it into her belt. She slowly raises her hand. Those watching closely would have noticed her shadow seem to split in two as she began the distracting display. The second shadow creeps between the soldiers. The soldiers stare at Lily, waiting for flames to erupt from her fingertips or some other witchcraft.
At the last second, Shep shoves between them. "Watch out!" He pushes them aside, narrowly avoiding the black sphere erupting from the ground himself.
"There!" Rand yells as he flings the javelin. It hurtles between the parted soldiers, striking straight at Shep's heart. The blunted weapon clatters to the ground as Shep grips his chest in pain.
"You're dead, Shep," Sherry says.
"That... That fast?" he asks.
"Yep. Come patch up." Shep obligingly trots away from the battle.
The soldiers lunge at Rand from either side. He focuses on the leftmost soldier, nimbly slipping past his thrust to return a light stab to the chest. The other rakes his lance across the back of Rand's armor. Rand whirls around, letting his javelin swing in a wide arc. The soldier backsteps away from the blow.
The cavalier sees her opportunity. Kelly kicks her mount into a charge, aiming straight between the siblings. At the last moment, she tugs her mount towards Lily. Lily pirouettes out of the way and into a deep bow. Kelly's sword cuts through air where her neck should have been. A shadow dashes along the ground, a dark orb erupting in Kelly's path. Kelly dodges it easily, turning her mount for another charge.
"This is almost unfair," Rand complains, sandwiched between the soldiers.
"If it's only 'almost' unfair, I'm not doing my job," Sherry says. She whistles and points to a pair of fighters. They step forward into the arena.
"This is what you mean by 'always expect enemy reinforcements,' hm?" Lily asks.
A petite woman in light, black armor steps forward. She wears a simple outfit underneath, plain boots, simple gloves. Her helmet hides her short, brown hair, and her visor masks most of her features, save for her brilliant, scarlet lips, made all the more striking by her pale complexion. "I'll... fight, too!" she says in a timid voice unbefitting her intimidating appearance.
"What, exactly, do you think you're doing, Mina?" Sherry asks impatiently.
Mina slams her lance into the ground with feigned confidence. "I-it would be unbecoming of a royal guardsman to allow her lords' defeat, even in training!"
"You did say enemy reinforcements could arrive at any time. That goes both ways," Lily says.
Sherry shrugs. "Fine, then."

B4. Luna Counter baby. Offense and Defense.
Also, Oh look. The named, actually PC Cavalier is more dangerous than the unnamed mook soldiers. Well blimey, who would have thought.

Oh hey, the dark magic to the soldiers disrupted their formations enough for the medic to be killed. Now we can actually fight stuff without worrying about them getting healed.
Anyway, is option 4 Tellius!Counter or 3DS!Counter?
