Lily climbs back up behind Hawke. She points at a soldier and a fighter. "You two, mount up. Gale, take the priest."
"Aw."
"Save it. Let's move, everyone!" Lily wraps her arms around Hawke as he takes to the sky. She presses her face against his back as they crash through the trees. She feels a sting tear across her scalp as several small twigs break off in her hair. Storm's in close pursuit, and Lily can occasionally catch glimpses of Kelly and Gale dashing forward through the treetops.
In moments, Lily's group passes the frontrunners of the fleeing civilians. "Hide in the trees!" Lily shouts down. "Hide and wait for us to take care of this! Help the others along!"
A few of the villagers stop and stare up at her in surprise, then go back to help the slower civilians. Most continue to charge blindly into the forest. Lily and Hawke soar past the main group, the others barely keeping pace. As they reach the few villagers who turned to fight, hoping to buy the others time, Hawke slows to a stop and Lily leaps off.
One of the villagers leaps back in surprise as if noticing her for the first time. "W-who are you? Are you with..." He notices the crest on Hawke's armor and his mouth drops open. "A royal guardsman? Here? Then... Y-you can't be...?"
Lily pulls some leaves out her hair. "We're here to help. What's going on? Where's the local garrison?"
"I... I don't know! A... A... An army just came out of nowhere - well, not nowhere, they came in on a ship... But they just started attacking us! I don't know what's going on at the fort!"
The fighter holds up his hand and the others following him slow to a halt. Kelly, Gale, and Storm stop and offload their passengers. "Who're you, then?" the fighter demands. "We were told there'd be no interference."
"The crown princess," Lily spits. "And these are my people you're butchering. My town you're burning. Tell me who you are and what in Grima's name you think you're doing, and maybe I won't flay your skin before I kill you."
The fighter sneers. "Ha! The crown princess? Must be m'lucky day... If they're willing to pay a mountain of gold for a countess, imagine what a princess is worth!"
"Countess?" Lily demands.
"Enough talk," the fighter sneers. "You're gonna make me a very rich man. Now, why don't you surrender peaceful-like?"
"W-we won't let you t-touch the pr... princess!" one of the villagers says, knees shaking.
Lily takes a moment to assess the situation. The fighter seems pretty competent, as do the two mercenaries flanking him. The 9 brigands behind them, on the other hand, don't look quite so strong. Another pair of mercenaries and an archer are on the way from the town, probably to help in response to Lily's group, but it's going to be a while before they get here. Lily's got Kelly, Hawke, Storm, Shep, and Gale... as well as the fighter and soldier. The five villagers seem unsteady, but they're ready to fight... Have the villagers fight? (A) Order them to flee (B) Let them fight
Have someone intercept the 2 mercenaries and archer? (F) No (G) Yes (Choose who)
Who will take point? (Choose 3)

Well for now I would say A have the villagers flee I much rather have out group focus on the bandits then trying to fight the bandits and babysit the villagers also.
So I vote for A
Now do we send others to cut off the group. I would prefer to get rid of the main group before reinforments get there but not dead set on it.
I vote No for cutting off reinforcements but not dead set against it.
As far as point I have the perfect 3 to take point.
Lily Gale Hawke

Wyverns are Bow Fodder in this, right? And lightning fodder. And wyrmslayer fodder. And wyrmsbane fodder. But not wind magic fodder, that's just too many weaknesses.

I want some meatshields, but that probably would only be good for the short term, so A.
Also, F.
Also, Hawke, Gale, and Shep Kelly. Most of the rest have projectiles to support with.

What's the difference????

What's the similarity? Quickburn gives her a big bonus to hit/avoid at the start of a fight that slowly tapers off. Prevail gives her a big bonus to physical stats when she's about to die.

Lily places a hand on the lead villager's shoulder and tugs him back. "Thank you for the concern, but executing criminals is my duty, not yours."
"B-but... We can't just leave our princess, we w-want to help..." the villager protests.
"Then help organize the rest of the civilians. Several fled in smaller groups. Some of you collect them and lead them back to the forest," Lily says sternly. "If any of these dastards get by us, you're the last line of defense. The rest of you, prepare an ambush."
"B-but-"
Lily snaps her head around and stares him in the eye. She speaks in a soft tone. "My orders are absolute. To disobey is death. Go."
The lead villager leaps back quickly, and the others follow suit. After a few seconds of whispered debate, they split up to complete their assignments.
The fighter wastes no more time in attacking. He charges at Lily, but Hawke and his wyvern force themselves between the two. The wyvern lands and shrieks at the fighter, its razor-sharp fangs inches from his face. The fighter is unimpressed and smashes the wyvern in the side of the head with the blunt of his steel axe. He follows through, swinging his axe around into a downward chop into Hawke's thigh. Hawke growls in pain as the blow manages to penetrate his armor enough to leave a shallow wound. Hawke swings his axe down at the fighter's head, but the fighter's ready for the attack and shambles backwards, the attack barely grazing his chest.
One of the mercenaries charges at Gale. Either he assumed she was defenseless, or he didn't care. Gale shifts her weight back obviously, not even bothering to transform as he rushes in with a wild overhead slash. The mercenary notices her shift and assumes she plans to backstep, compensating by aiming his strike even deeper. As the mercenary swings, rather than leap back, Gale drops to the ground. She kicks upward, driving her heels into the man's stomach and letting his momentum do the rest. He flips over and she rolls with him, transforming in midair. He slams into the ground, pinned by a massive black rabbit. Gale bites into his throat, ending the fight.
The other mercenary approaches Lily more cautiously. She probes his defense with a few quick thrusts of her rapier; the mercenary avoids the assault easily, swatting the last blow away with his broadsword. He throws a quick cut aimed at Lily's face and she shifts back to avoid it. He follows through, stepping forward into a sweeping horizontal slash aimed at her left flank. Lily holds her rapier downward and braces the flat of the blade against her free arm, stepping into the attack to rob it of its power. She meets the strike head-on, then shoves against the blow to knock his sword away. Rather than try to recover faster than her opponent, Lily flows through into a spin. She lets her left foot rise as she rotates, slamming her heel into the side of the mercenary's kneecap. He crumples to his knees, more than enough of an opening for Lily to finish her turn and follow through with thrust into his chest.
Shep hides behind Hawke, using the wyvern as a shield. He raises his staff and Hawke's injury stops bleeding; the guardsman spurs his wyvern forward, charging just above the ground. The fighter shuffles back until he falls in line with the rest of his group, forcing Hawke to back off. Kelly and Charles both hurl javelins at one of the brigands. He ducks under the first, but the second pierces his side. He rips it out angrily, but Storm adds his javelin into the attack while the brigand's distracted, killing him. Alphonse chucks a hand axe, but the fighter swats it out of the air harmlessly. A pair of the brigands armed with hand axes step up and throw. Gale wrenches her dead prey up as a shield, and one of the axes thuds into the back of the corpse's head. The other flies at Lily, knocking the wind from her lungs as it bounces off her chestplate.
The brigands start to form a large mob around the fighter. They look ready to charge. Lily: 80% Hawke: 90% Shep, Kelly, Storm, Gale, Alphonse, Charles: 100%
Enemy Fighter (boss): 85% Enemies: 8 brigands and boss Enemy reinforcements: 2-3 turns away
(A) Take a defensive stance (choose 3 to take point) and focus on ranged attacks (B) Charge the enemy first, attempt to break their formation and scatter them (C) Spread out and surround them (divide units into front, left, and right teams)

Kelly has a sword right? If so, my vote is A. Hawk, Kelly(With her sword equipped), and Gale take point.
