Cheese, I'm playing the psychic character. No copying. I thought you were a dragon. D: Besides, I don't want to spend double the points on arms. I swear that's all I'm after~

Hey, you could just get a third robot arm like my character Granted, his is detachable and is really only for drinking coffee while he works

"Third" lol. I plan on having a few third arms, to say the least. :U
Nevertheless, if it's not gonna do exactly what I intend then I'll probably just make a new build and scrap this one anyway. So I'll wait for Crow with the answers. I'm trusting HHD and/or the mystery man to provide the piloting/computers utility tbqh but if we're lacking in any area as a party, I'd gladly change for that reason too.

I'm playing a psychic space dragon. She'll be the thief of the party, and is a genius who seems to be able to pick up and learn just about anything without difficulty. However, she's also quite naive and lacks life experience(So think Mavis from Fairy Tail Zero). She possesses considerable telekinetic powers, as well as telepathy, and she can teleport. Her primary choice of weapon are two energy daggers, and she is very quick and lithe. She'll have some knowledge of piloting and starship maintenance/control at the start.

Are you sure you'll be able to fit all of that into one character with only 300 points?
My character (Kurt) has a bunch of knowledge and general tech skills (only a few levels outside of Physical Science though) with general tools and a tank-like mech. I barely had enough points for all that.
Granted, I took 3 levels of Extra Action, which was really expensive.

I'm certain I can fit most of it, yes.

Massive Damage (applicable to ranged?) Yes. 4 points per level to apply it to one class of weapons, like light machine guns, bows, energy pistols, etc. 10 points per level to apply it to E'RYthin'. First of all, if you take telekinesis you can take Extra Arms (telekinetic) to reduce the cost by one per rank, but limit what you can effect to whatever your telekinesis could lift. If I understand the rules right, extra arms doesn't mean you can attack with all of them for free, but it means you can take Extra Actions stacked together at either 1 extra action per attack or 1 extra action per two attacks with the dual wield penalty. You start with nothing except what you buy. Well, maybe a set of clothes. No, y'know what? No clothes. OK, some clothes. Swimsuits. Xenoblade style. Perfect. And say 200 credits, unless you take the Wealth attribute. Call a good meal 5 credits. 20 for a nicenough hotel room. 100 for a hop's worth of jump-juice for the hyperspacedriver. Telekinesis is based on Mind. In the power chart, I listed what stat the attack uses. Portable Armory means that you can always find a way to asspull any weapon you own within a few rounds. In this case, probably a hover drone that drops them Halo-drop-pod-style. Yes and yes.

Easy, X, I'm getting to it. All questions will be answered in the order received, unless one's really long or annoying or something.
Yes. But remember not to sink everything into the powersuit. Unless you give it like infinity armor. Which you can't, because I'm saying limit it to 40 max. Because armor can die. I guess you could do something like buy a weakish suit that you wear, then another suit that fits over that suit, like the fusion suit and varia suit or something.

So... We're all starting with only our underwear? Hawt.

Are we not doing basic amenities (like cell phones, houses, laptops, or other minor, setting and character justified materials that serve common utility that most people in a given setting would have)?

Awww, so I can't do UNLIMITED BULLET WORKS with 30 telekinetic arms? D; I guess 8 max... hmmm...

I was joking about the underwear thing. Yes, start with basic things your character should have, so long as it's either "this drives a power" or it's something simple and basically inconsequential. Or you paid for it.
You COULD do unlimited bullet works by buying a ton of weapons all with the Linked mod... but you wouldn't know that because the modlist for weapons is only half-done and not up.

: D
Light machine guns being the specialisation would help the case, too... I suppose a sharp shooter with only eight telekinetic arms is still pretty neat...
I'll probably roll with that idea unless it turns out we really need something else.

I need a suit that lets me deal with thieving space dragon pirates.

But Cheese, if you want to use UNLIMITED BULLET WORKS, you'll have to come up with a really snazzy speech with 10 lines. That's a long time to charge.
If we're picking out limit breaks, mine, of course, will be GIGA FLARE.

Could I make a custom weapon penalty? I have the Activation power restriction on a weapon, but the penalty is really awkward and unweildy for its cost, so for a -1 to the total weapon cost, could I make it so that it can only be used once per round, regardless of how many actions I have remaining?
