An idea pops into your 'head?' You recall the runes on Corva's bag. Those runes kept you out of the bag in spite of your ability to faze through solid objects, so if Iris can re- create those runes on the walls it should prevent anything from reaching her. You tell her your plan to which she responds, "If you insist I'll give it a try, though I'm not confident in my skills at making wards." Never the less she lights up her hands like she did in the contest with Corva, and then proceeds to draw the runes under your instruction. A few minutes later and the room is redecorated with pink runic murals. Iris then queries, "There all done do you think Its safe enough for me to sleep now?" You tell her that, that is probably a good idea, but that you intend to search the inn to see if the orb had simply fled to another room. You then head for the door only to bounce off of it, guess the runes work. Iris giggles then opens the door for you. You leave and she shuts the door behind wishing you, "good luck. Stay safe." As she does so. You pass down the hall then phase into Corva's room. Once inside you see Corva in her hammock with a sphere identical to the one you saw earlier hovering over her. Moreover Corva is twitching and grimacing in her sleep.

24 hour bump.
Info: neutral magic, there are certain spells and techniques that can be performed with almost any kind of magic. The spirt repelling wards are such a type of magic. There are others as well. Good luck finding them.

I'm thinking the orbs are not necessarily a bad thing; just how they sleep. I vote C, unless it's possible to make a new option, and phase through Corva?

Ok, last time when you warned Iris the sphere vanished before you could figure out what it was. This time you intend to identify this sphere once and for all. You barrel straight for the orb, preparing to phase through it. And when you pass through it you find yourself not in the room you were in before, but in a what appears to be the courtyard of a stone building. You clearly aren't in the village any more all of it's buildings were made of composite wood, moreover it was the middle of the night back in the village but its midday here. Your location isn't the only thing that has changed as you find you now have a body of sorts. You can see that you have hazy, transparent, pink, arms and a torso of similar constitution that simply trails of without any legs. Before you can contemplate the meaning of this something else grabs your attention, a young girl in a black robe runs into the courtyard baling heavily. A group of little boys follow chucking small rocks clumsily in the girls direction. You can tell the boys are shouting something but their voices are strangely distorted and you can't understand them. But you also notice that the girl has tripped over and her hands have begun to emit a jet black aura.

A) try and take the girl away. B) try and shield the girl from the boys. C) try to drive off the boys. D) try to join in with the boys. E) try to find an adult. F) watch from a safe distance.

I think the girl needs to know we are on her side before she'll trust anyone, especially if she's been subject to bullying. Helping her without confronting her first seems to be the best choice to me.

B that way we protect her and we can explain who we are w/o freaking her out that these boys just magically vanished We don't have to obliterate them, just drive them away. Plus, I fear she'll get the wrong idea and attack us if we just get too close without first demonstrating we are on her side.
