You try to relay orders only to find Iris already taking action. She shouts, "I've seen enough bloodshed for one day!" As she twirls her staff ending with the crystal aimed at the dirty looking bird. A pink glyph apears on the birds head and a pink haze covers it's eyes. It begins to drop from being stunned but then regains it's sences shaking off the spell. The gull then quickly flies off clearly afraid of further assault. Corva then speaks up, "Danm scavengers. We had better hurry up here or soon we'll be over run by pipsqeaks like that one." Hón then chimes in, "Might we focus on the blade fin over there. Such fish are highly prized in my homeland." Iris responds, "Whew. Sure I don't see why not. It shouldn't take to long if we work together." No sooner do they set to work though that Corva states, "Yah, this won't take any time at all, because this fishes meat has been ruined by some sort of spirit. Hey Iris your little friend wouldn't know anything about this would he?"

Oh boy how should you handle this?
1) come clean. 2) avoid the question and patrol the area for threats. 3) avoid the question and search for valuables. 4) avoid the question and search for people. 5) play dumb. 6) custom lie.
A) have every one focus on the conch. B) have every one head to town.

1A wins. Not going to lie, the RNG has delivered some serious danger. Time+0:10 3 poison barbs obtained. Horde onslaught!! Danger! Danger! Major chance for character death in upcoming choice!

You decide its best if you come clean about the fish, and relay your story to Iris. She explains it to the others, and Corva snide as always responds, "Sheesh, now your spook is spoiling good meat. Do try to keep it on a leash from now on." What does she think you are, some lap dog to be ordered about. You'd have some choice words for her but since she can't hear you they'd be fairly pointless. Any way while you sat there fuming the group got to work on carving up the snail. Hón comments, "My misfortune continues the conches meat has been fowled by it's own venom gland spilling." Iris replies, "Thats true but at least the conch's barbed harpoons are still intact. Those might come in handy." Corva then chimes in, "Well barbs aside we still have to clean out the beasts guts if we want to salvage the shell. As hard as they are to work with there are still some enthusiasts who will pay good money for these shells." The cleaning process is cut short however by the sound of many birds cawing in discord. A dozen odd foul gulls are fast approaching, and they aren't alone you see another giant conch not far behind the flock, and perhaps more unnerving a strange yellow light is approaching from the depths.

This beach is about to get crowded. How should you proceed?
A) run, and pray they don't follow.
B) go for an all out offensive with Iris boosting magic, Corva scattering the gull with a barrage of ice, and Hón going all out on the snail praying the light isn't too dangerous.
C) barricade behind the dead snail's shell and try to pit the monsters against one another.
D) have Iris try to charm a monster to even the odds for a fight. (Specify which.)
E) custom strategy.

C. Even as a Leroy Jenkins I know that attacking unknown lights is foolish.

E. Combine A and C.
Move back to the town, while using the shell as a kind of shield. Once back at the town, we'll be able to get the appropriate help.

I second cloud.
Even though going King Jenkins on those fools did sound tempting.

24 hour bump.
Ok the ECA plan is in the lead and though it is valid you have to remember that the shell weighs over 500lbs and the town is over a mile and a half away, and you only have to spell slingers and an exhausted swordsman to drag the shell. So even if they manage to muster the necessary strength through Iris' magic they still will be moving very slowly over a long distance. So consider this information before proceeding.

Maybe it would just be wiser to book it back to town, then. A mile and a half isn't too far, and as long as we keep a constant pace we shouldn't even be attacked. I still think the shell could have been useful for armor later on, though...

It very well could be used for crafting, and dragging it is an option, but it is very heavy, so weigh risk reward.

Is there anything our helpful spirit can do like possess the shell to make it easier to move? Or maybe posses the living counch and have that one fight off the monsters while everyone else tries to push the shell to safety?
I would like to try D but we couldn't charm a monster sea gull.
If we can do one of those suggestions I would like to try it but if our spirit can't do that these I change my vote to A cut our loses and run like the wind

Ok A wins. The mc's options are very limited at this point as his spirt energy is low. My internet is acting up so I will update in the morning besides I have allot of RNG to calculate.

There's no way your group can take on all those monsters at once. Not after all the energy you've expended already. There's only one reasonable course of action, run for the village! You don't hear any arguments when Iris relays the plan, and every grabs there bags and begins the mad dash toward town. If it had just been conches this plan might have worked, but the gulls don't take long to catch up. Iris boosts Corva's magic with a flash from her staff. Corva then fires a volley of ice shards into the flock of gulls, impaling half of them, and crippling three more. Unfortunately that leaves 4 more angry gulls coming for you. Hón steps up brandishing his sword trying to cut them down as they attack. The ensuing fight is a flurry of steel and feathers, with both Hón and the gull moving to quickly to track. When the dust clears the gulls are dead and Hón as three nasty gashes on his arms. To make matters worse the conch has nearly caught up to you thanks to the delay caused by the gulls, and a large glowing hermit crab has come out of the water, though it seams more interested in the dead gulls than your group.

What now two monsters left, Corva is out of magic, Hón is down to 15hp, and even Iris is getting tired.
A) back to running. B) attack. C) custom.
