Actually GX, it may be better if you faced the Devil now. It will help prepare you for when you do have to fight him. And Deviljho is a Key Quest in Caravan 8 I think, so it may be sooner than you think.
I want to see if I can kill him so I can start making his weapons, which are some of the best in the game. I'll host the quest, and if you want to join, you can.

GX, if you got Talons, and you have a Armorcharm or Powercharm, you can combine them to create a Powertalon and Armortalon. They're items that raise your Def and ATK significantly just by carrying them. The normal charms can be bought at HR village, but they're expensive.
We can farm Tetsu now.

So... Funny thing. I was doing this new Magala quest in the offline caravan, and it was giving me some serious trouble. I kept thinking to myself, "Why is this so difficult? Why is he doing so much damage to me? I'm in HR upgraded Tetsu gear, and this is a 5 star caravan quest. He's Low Rank. He should already be dead."
So, when I finally killed him, I carved him... And got a Carapace. I suddenly remembered there was a clause in the quest requirements saying you need to be HR5 to take the quest(I had just finished the Pink Rathian urgent) but I thought nothing of it at the time. It turns out that Magala was indeed High Rank.
And guess what my second carve off my first HR Magala was? A Magala gem.
