Well, I'm home now. Took even longer than I thought. Just have to eat my late dinner and finish the Glavenus hunt I started while waiting in Fantastic Sam's, then I can hunt. But it's late and I don't know how well my new WiFi is going to work in this storm...

HR Rath armor is really good.
It comes with Attack Up M and Weakness Exploit with zero downsides, a double slot, and three single slots.
With my +4 Evade charm with 1 slot and my 2 slot weapon, I can gem in Evade +2 and become basically untouchable during a dodge.

I think I'm going to farm HR Rath then. I like the Lightning Pony armor, but... Farming him is a pain. Rath is easier. I'll just use his armor until I can make Nakky's armor.

I found two groups of random farming Rathalos. One group was good, with each hunt lasting five or so minutes. The second one was not.
The only other good player was our gunner, but he kept getting in the way to aerial vault instead of mailing Rath with elemental or status shots.
