I just killed a Cephadrome in under 5 minutes. And about a minute and a half of that was me just chasing him across the map. Didn't need to use a single item. I gave that poor wyvern the Great Jaggi treatment.  |

I managed to completely slaughter a Bulldrome and used a single Flash Bomb and only the most basic ammo. I did it in less than five minutes and faffed about for a bit looking for Machalite Ore at the start.

So if I wanted to get a Monster Hunter game, should I get 4U or Generations? My original Monster Hunter game was lost by my brother so I was thinking of getting a new one, but I don't know which one is better and I don't know which one will help a terrible hunter become better. Any suggestions?

MHGenerations has a lot of new stuff and is only slightly harder to pick up, but lacks the G Rank difficulty quests that are in 4U.

I proposed an anime night this evening with GX, but I also said and/or hunting, so we might hunt earlier and stop a bit after 9 or 9:30 so GX and I can watch JoJo, but that's not set in stone.

Also, I upgraded my Dark Scythe to level 2 and upgraded my Tetsu armor as much as I could(Need Armor Sphere+ now) so gear-wise I'm set until we farm Dinovaldo. Which we definitely want to do. His armor and weapons are some of the best in the game.

I hate Khezu.
He's even worse as an HBG user, since he just loves to spam those Thunderball attacks and can stun you with those, and he constantly travels around and disappears for 10 minutes while you search for him, then immediately runs away again.
Why did they bring him back again?

Everyone hates Khezu. I refuse to fight him until it's absolutely necessary for me to advance. Also, on another, happier note, hunting suddenly becomes even more epic while listening to the new FT soundtrack.

Why did they even put him in the game? He's just a big sac of health with really annoying attacks but is otherwise so slow and has absolutely no music to speak of.

Cuz they always have to have a flagship troll in every MH game. The Owl doesn't count because he's new. So it was either Khezu or Gigginox.
