It's just translate into English.

Petrification Breath would either be broken, or laughably weak. There is no way to balance it. Now, the Hydra's breath attack could have a chance to petrify, but I still need to decide on the base attack. But I like the idea of Hydras having the ability to cause Hailstorms. I think I may have something for the Ice Dragon... But I don't want to boot up the sign ups when everything isn't finished. But I'll leave that to you guys. Start the sign ups now or nah? A: Now B: Nah

I was correcting you, Doug. Venom has to be injected for it to take effect. THE REAL DIFFERENCE IS THE DELIVERY METHOD ffs how much clearer can I say it? Yes Golurk, that is a difference, one that has to do with the delivery method and does not contradict anything I said.
It wouldn't be considered venom as a breath attack (which isn't something anyone was saying, hell, even in Neo's original description he doesn't describe a substance, he just states that the breath would decay things), but the difference between venom and poison is pointless because we've established the method we're going with for delivery. Which is pretty much what Neo was saying with the whole "over your head" thing. The difference is pointless, because we're building off of the base animal's natural properties. Regardless of whether snakes are poisonous or venomous (I seem to recall some being both, but that doesn't matter right now), the inspiration is being taken from the lethal substance and applied to a breath attack.

Now, the Hydra's breath attack could have a chance to petrify, but I still need to decide on the base attack. Just treat it like ice breath, but instead of ice it's stone. Instant formation of a stone shell, and gradual petrification the longer you're inside that shell.

Moar new dragons! The Ice Dragon: A close relative of the Water Dragons, these frosty dragons make their home in the underground caverns of the harsh northern Tundra. Their crystal-like scales are said to be a hundred times harder than diamond, and their breath is said to freeze everything it touches. They are very large dragons who rarely fly, as their flying capabilities have diminished over the centuries, but their horns and claws are extremely powerful, which allows them to tunnel through the ice. These bulky dragons are also surprisingly good at swimming, and their main source of food are Seels and Sea Lions. They are very territorial and protective, and they make some of the best mates. Like Water Dragons, who are almost all female, the vast majority of Ice Dragons are male. They have extremely good eyesight, especially in the dark, and they have the best sense of smell out of any dragon. Best Attribute: Defense and Speed Worst Attribute: None Breath: Glaciate. A freezing blast of gale force winds. Has an extremely high chance to freeze. Deals more damage against Water Dragons and Sky Dragons. SPec: Ice Dweller, Passive SPec. Ice Dragons can swim through otherwise impassable Ice Flows and frozen seas without taking a Speed or Health penalty. They have a much better chance to find Loot Piles in the Underground Caverns and on the Tundra than other dragons. They have a 30% better chance to find Awesome Treasure in Sunken Ships and Underwater Ruins, and a 10% better chance to find Legendary Treasure. They can breathe underwater indefinitely, and break through Ice Barriers and Glaciers without taking any damage. They can also break through normal ice. I've decided not to include the Shenlon dragon, mostly cause I can't think of anything for it. If you guys really want it though, tell HD to finish his original idea. Obstacles: I have decided to include a little something to add more diversity to the dragon choices. Obstacles are special 'barriers', barring access to stuff like super secret bases, unique treasure, and secret areas of the map. There are several types of barriers, and each can only be removed by certain dragons. Sometimes a barrier can be removed by all dragons, but it will cause damage to all types but one or two. Here are the types of Obstacles. Lava Field: A field of bubbling lava. It can only be traversed by Fire Dragons and Coal Dragons. Ice Barrier/Glacier: A massive wall of breakable ice. Breakable ice has cracks in it, while normal ice does not. Any dragon can smash through breakable ice, but watch out. If you aren't an Ice Dragon, it's gonna hurt. Only Ice Dragons can smash normal ice. Landslide: An impassable wall of collapsed rock and earth. These usually happen high in the mountains, and can only be cleared by Earth Dragons. Thunderstorm: A storm that's very dangerous to fly through. Only Lightning Dragons can pass through one unharmed. Whirlpool: A deadly whirlpool with an inescapable current. Only Water Dragons can swim by unaffected. Toxic Mist: A noxious fog that can be deadly to inhale. Fire Dragons, Coal Dragons, Hydras, and Forest Dragons are unaffected by it. Rockslide: A mountain of rubble caused by the ceiling of a cave, mine, or tunnel collapsing. It can be cleared by Earth Dragons, Coal Dragons, and Ice Dragons. Lemme know if you guys can think of anything else to add to the obstacle list. Also, lemme know if you think of anything else I need to add or elaborate on. But without further ado, let's get this show on the road! Sign Ups are incoming!

Obstacles:
Tornado:Impassible by all dragons except Lightning and Sky Fragons.
Atmosphere:Passible by all dragons, but only Sky dragons can survive past it, and only for a limited time.

Alrighty then, let's see... I still need to tell you guys about Legendary Treasure. Legendary Treasure is unique, and there are only twenty items that count as Legendary Treasure. Legendary ranked items are extremely rare, but Zark can offer some helpful advice... For a price. You'll know if you stumble across Legendary Treasure, so don't worry. Also, my dragon is the last of his kind, for plot reasons. Is that okay with everyone? I can turn it into a normal playable species if it really upsets you guys. The plot isn't that complicated anyway, so I can change stuff if necessary.

So... No objections then? Sweet. I'll give you guys some spoiler free info about my dragon.
The Radiant: A mythical dragon with scales of the darkest night, and glowing, rainbow wings.
Best Attribute: Speed and Strength Worst Attribute: None Breath: Brilliant Darkness. An all-consuming blaze of dark fire, lightning, and wind.
SPec: Radiant Howl, passive SPec. The Radiant can breathe in the upper atmosphere, and in Space, but only for a limited time. During battle, the Radiant is surrounded by a mysterious dark aura which reduces Fire, Lightning, and Wind damage. The aura has a chance to poison or blind enemies that come into direct contact with it.

And his Breath attack does less raw damage cause it has multiple elements. I'm not talking to you anymore.

Would a Spectral Dragon be a possibility? Not so mich as a new class , but like the spirit of some dead dragons. The can't effect the material plane, but they could possess living things for like 5 minutes, (depending on life stage). The wouldn't grow.
