Let's see, a determined setting, determined plot/characters, determined lore, etc.

Determined setting? You mean where things start off for all of the characters? That would mean having to create them...
As for lore, we are goin alternate right? So Xehanort doesn't exist, Sora, Riku, and Kairi were never conceived, but destiny island is still there, and the Keyblade war happened.

Alright, I'm gonna establish setting. This will take place in an AU where Xehanort and Eraqus never existed (and without Disney, that meant there are NO Keyblade masters in the world). However, the Keyblade war still happened, and all the lore behind keyblades and light and darkness applies. None of the Kingdom Hearts series characters or canon exists so its worlds are just our playground. Worlds: Destiny Islands Traverse Town Twilight Town Radiant Garden Land of Departure The World that Never Was If that isn't enough (which I think it is): Final Fantasy/Square Enix based worlds Original Worlds Heartless have only been a thing for the past few months/a year. They're everywhere, but they haven't completely consumed any worlds yet. Keyblades are largely lost art, but they are simply appearing before those with strong hearts to fight back the darkness. As for villains, we have boss heartless, possible sentient Nobodies, and I call dibs on Big Bad so I got that going. Questions? Complaints?

Well, we need to decide if we should use the FF worlds. I say yes, since all the others don't seem like enough and don't provide enough variety. Granted, it shouldn't be all of each world, but a small part(s) of it. For instance, FFIV could be Baron and the surrounding areas and the Giant of Babel.

I like having FF worlds too.
I think it's time for character sheets, yes?
Name: Gender: Age: Homeworld: Bio: Weapon(s): Weapon Affinity: (see below) Keyblade Experience: (see below) Magic Affinity: (see below) Magic Experience: (see below)
Weapon Affinity: There are three items in front of you. A sword. A staff. A shield. You must take one, and give up another one. There is no battle system, so this is just for flavor, and getting a better idea of your character's style.
Keyblade experience: Just say something like "novice", "advanced", "expert", "master", etc. Again, just to get a feel for your character.
Magic Affinity: Are you partial to a certain kind of spell or element? If so, say so here. You don't have to specialize.
Magic experience: Again, "novice" or "expert". I expect everyone to be reasonable in how much magic they can use in relation to their expertise in it. Also, if you gave up the staff it'd be kinda strange to be an expert in magic.

I thought we said no Keyblade Masters? Or do you just mean master as a vague description of skill?

Yeah maybe the tower of Neo....I mean Kefka from FF VI. Either Midgard or the planets core from VII. Maybe we can have the sphere dome from FF X be an arena where we can fight against various bosses for prize, glory,

Name: Rydan Epecroix Gender: Male Age: 25 Homeworld: Radiant Garden Appearance: Black hair, dark circles under eyes. Skinny and of medium height. Wears casual clothes even while using corridors of darkness. Plain red T-shirt that seems kinda ragged at the edges under a white denim jacket. Cargo pants with plenty of zippers.
Bio: He had no interest in studying the heart at first, but one day he was granted a keyblade. With it, he traveled to the World That Never Was and opened the floodgates of Darkness. He oversees the heartless attack on the worlds. He seems to have no specific target or aims, he just wants as many people taken to the darkness as possible.
Rydan is kind of psycho. He spends a lot of time alone talking to himself and doesn't likes company that talks back. His base is the World That Never Was, where he manufactures heartless and sends them to other worlds to consume them. He doesn't care if people fight back, since his numbers are endless. He'll just keep pumping them out. He is quite careful about his own self-preservation however, and so Heartless patrol TWTNW constantly, and he rarely engages others directly. When he sees a whole person, he wants nothing more than to rip their heart out and allow the darkness to consume it. He treats Heartless like pets. However, he is less hostile towards Nobodies. He enjoys seeing living beings that don't have hearts, so he keeps a collection of the finest ones he encounters frozen in time in a sort of museum.
Weapon(s): Prismatic Keyblade - Looks as if made of fractured glass. Broken shards hover around the main blade, but are as much a part of the keyblade as the rest of it. The Keyblade flashes through the colours of the rainbow depending on the angle it is seen at. It can be split into 7 blades to be used at once, each one a different colour, different shape, and with a different power. Red - Fire Orange - Holy Yellow - Thunder Green - Cure Blue - Blizzard Indigo - Time Violet - Gravity
Weapon Affinity: Take Shield, give up Sword Keyblade Experience: Advanced Magic Affinity: N/A Magic Experience: Master

GX and I were wondering if we could be Nobodies, and also if we could be part of Viper VII or Corporation IX or whatever.

GX and I were wondering if we could be Nobodies, and also if we could be part of Viper VII or Corporation IX or whatever. My main concern is not having any heroes in the end, but a villain KH RP, why not? I'm still hazy about this viper thing, but if you want to make it a thing then go ahead. I might want to make a Nobody too if you're making a Nobody team. I just felt obligated to make the main villain since I have the scenario details in my head. Question though. Will you have keyblades?

Well, I would be surprised if there wasn't some sort of guild or refuge for Nobodies in any of the worlds, so basically working as part of the group. Their main concern would be either reuniting with their Heartless (I originally typed Shadow, blame Persona), growing their own hearts, or a few other things depending on who's in charge. Hey, there could even be a plot twist in that the leader is a Heartless and not a Nobody *winkwinknudgenudge*.

I could see the Nobodies either being manipulated or being like a neutral party, against everyone and out for their own interests. But so far I can't say I like the names for the Nobody group. Ripping off Org XIII seems lame.
And looking at that survey, I don't see how Fuchsia can be so hard to spell when Pokemon existed.
