Eden, Saga 1: War of the Magi (Original and Sign ups!)

I know I'm not starting with one.

It is okay. But people may not want to, as it may take some of the fun away from finding a high level Waystone. So I understand their reasoning.

Now I kind of don't know what I want to do? I guess B would take away the fun but I don't want to start with nothing?

Actually what is the difference between power levels is B way more powerful then C? Might go with D.

I'm going D rank thunder magistein with some fun twists through technique.

Name: Glaucus Byrne
Gender: Male
Age: 19
Appearance: 6'3" with short black hair, he has a relatively muscular figure, and is much stronger than he appears. He has a sailor tattoo of a hydra head on his shoulder, but no other identifying marks are present. He usually wears thin armor, usually some sort of leather with a metal exterior, along with a large metal gauntlet on his right hand. His armor doesn't cover his shoulders or elbows, since they restrict his movement.
Magistine: None
Weapons: Tower Shield and a Ball and Chain (Ball being 33 cm in diameter), both made of Terrvaga shell, which is stronger than Tungsten-Steel and 1/6 the weight. He usually wraps the excess length of chain around his large gauntlet and can let it go for more reach.
Bio: Born into a family of sailors in the port town of Hera, he's lived on a ship most of his life. His father, his father's father, and his father's father's father were a special kind of sailor. They had no company affiliation, but instead worked as hired swords who'd defend boats from monsters. His own weapons were his grandfather's, who passed away some time ago, while his father is still alive and uses twin hook blades. Currently, his father's away on a long journey with some treasure hunters, and his mother works as a cartographer for the sailors in port, but she is currently working on a separate ship, leaving Glaucus alone at port.

Name: Alissa Lockheart a.k.a Shiva

Gender: Female

Appearance: Fair skin about as pure as snow, Long flowing blonde hair,  sky blue shirt, cuts off just enough to show her gifts, matching sky blue skirt, Average height, is constantly seen with her companion a German Shepherd who is completely Norman and is not a magical talking wolf in disguise named Charlie (don't worry he is a normal dog), a scar on her side from the time she got to cocky.

Magistine: Blue (Water/Ice) Lv.D

Weapons: twin blades which allows her to use ice magic (Hyorinmaru) and her special lance given to her  upon being promoted to co-captin (Hozukimaru).

Bio: Alissa is a person with an interesting past. Her parents were involved with some shadey people but when they decided to leave the game behind they were told they could if they did one last mission. Unfortunately, the final mission was a trap set up by their former boss. Alissa just a kid at thee time had no idea what was going on thought her parents left her behind. At a young age she took to the streets to steal what she needed. At first she was clumsy and sloppy but eventually by honing the power of her blue magistine and by honing her talent with her twin blades she began to get noticed by not just the local guards but also some people of the underground. 

Eventually, one member of the underground offered her position with a promise she couldn't turn down. At the young age of 13 she became a feared thief and assisan. The local authority came to call her Shiva not just for looks, and usage of ice magic but for her icey indifference she had when carrying out her mission. For about 5 years she would continue working her way through the underground until a rumor started circling around about her parents. When she began asking questions that's when it was decided it was time to get rid of her. What happened next still remains a blur to Alissa. When she eventually, came to she was in the palace dungeon but it looked like she was heavily bandage like somebody was treating her wounds.

The guard that found her told her that he found her laying unconscious on the streets with multiple wounds. The guard offered her two choices either live the  rest of your life in jail or join as a patrol officer. As tempting as it was to spend the rest of her life in jail, she couldn't pass up the chance for revenge. Now at 20 she is the youngest co-captin of the patrol officer of the Adaein empire. Now instead of the locals living in fear they view Shiva as a guardian of the weak and the scourge of criminals everywhere. Amount the twin blades she carries with her she was given a special lance upon her promotion that allows her to challenge her ice magic through it.

Due to her rough past its hard for her to trust people but that's slowly tarted to change after she rescued a stray puppy she took in. Now the German Shepherd she took to calling Charlie. She might appear to be icey and cold but in reality she is actually really shy. The few people that have gotten  close her tell a story of how she is very talkative and friendly, also she is actually in a way just one of the boys but isn't a tom boy. Yet she defently a girly girl.

Okay here goes my revised app. even if its the same as before it just seems cleaner.

So, does my character application work out alright?

Just as a reference what do the different magic levels represent is E lv. like summoning a weak jolt while S is like summoning something like a thunder dragon made of pure electrcity?

Does it involves spoilers just pm me the answer so that way I can have a base line of how to set her moves?

So Shiva since she's been using ice magic most of her life she could make a sword of ice. Or infuse her lance with her ice magic even if I start at lv.D? I guess since she also has some experience with water I can have her do something equivalent to a 'water pulse' in terms of strength?

Also didn't know you could actually use the magic to transform hmm that's interesting. (Maybe I shall have my magical talking wolf after all .......nah I think one is enough unless a wolf laguz is still considered a wolf then two is enough).
