(Derp. Doesn't matter though, since Anthor figured it out anyways because of the Kobold's reaction.)

Seeing a glint of light from an unnatural angle, Azreal moves closer to the edge of the treeline as well. He attempted to move as silently as possible.

Gildis takes aim at the taller kobold, ready to shoot should it make any move toward Anthor.

Despite the fact that Russell stepped on a branch much to the wizards dismay it just caught there attention but didn't alert them to the groups actual location. "Great now I just sit here and wait," Russell mumbled to himself. "If I ever get my hands on that snobby wizard," Russell sentence was interrupted by a flash of light.

"Right," Krista mutters, as Russell shoots out of the underbrush nest to her. He charges toward the Kobolds. She dashes after him, her light leather armor allowing her to overtake him in their dash toward the two unsuspecting Kobolds. As he moves toward the one on the left, Krista targets the one on the right. --- Need SM's move... And a replacement for the map.

(Are the Kobolds close enough that I can run behind them and flank them? If not then I choose to attack the taller Kobold after whoever targeted him.)

(Are the Kobolds close enough that I can run behind them and flank them? If not then I choose to attack the taller Kobold after whoever targeted him.) You get two turns of action, so yes. Especially if you run. You will most likely target whichever kobold isn't dead, by that point, but sticking close to Russell is better for your health because of his stance.

Wait, two turns of action, as in one move and one standard, or can you sacrifice one move action for a standard action and vice versa? If the latter, then I feel so stupid.

Wait, two turns of action, as in one move and one standard, or can you sacrifice one move action for a standard action and vice versa? If the latter, then I feel so stupid. No. Surprise round. And you kind of can. Running is a full round action that allows you to move triple your base speed. Charging is a similar concept. A full attack sacrifices your move action for a particularly long action. Certain spells take a full round as well. Kobolds go last. So they will be flat footed still when we reach them.

Crois creeps closer mentally preparing himself to cast spells to support the group.

Crois creeps closer mentally preparing himself to cast spells to support the group. So he doesn't take a standard action?

Yes. You are attacking during the first standard round of combat.

(Okay so based off the response I got from you this will be Russell's response if I need to correct anything just let me know a I will change it)
"Looks like I am close enough," Russell said as he readied his sword to attack the smaller of the kobolds. "Afterwards I should go into my stance to help protect some our vulnerable members," Russell said as he went to make his first strike.

Gildis is still waiting to shoot the kobold, but if it dies he'll move his sights to shoot at any kobolds not currently in the open who reveal themselves.

Krista dashes forward, her blade gleaming she charges forward toward the tall kobold, when suddenly, a bright green flash of energy streaks past her, striking the kobold directly in the chest, sending it flying backwards into the quarry.
She looks back to see Anthor, his arm outstretched, hand glowing softly with lime green energy. Chiding herself for not being quick enough, she turns swiftly toward the second kobold.
Russell runs at the shorter kobold, who fumbles at a horn at his belt, eyes wide in fear. With a grin, he charges toward his enemy. As Russell raises his sword to deliver a decisive blow, the kobold shuts his eyes tight. With one mighty slash, Russell brings his sword down and... Misses?
The kobold gets up from his sudden crouch, surprised to be alive. Before he can bring the horn to his lips though, a rapier point springs from his throat. With one fluid motion, Azrael unsheathes the slender blade from the kobold's neck and wipes the blade of blood.
"It doesn't seem like it's our day," she says, trotting up next to Russell.
Gildis relaxes slightly, seeing no more threats at present, but still leaves his crossbow ready to fire.
Meanwhile, Crois hides just beyond the treeline.

"Where's the Ranger?" Anthor asked as he looked around (Spot Check) while approaching the dead Kobolds. "Ah, nevermind. We should search these dragonkin for anything helpful. Potions, weapons, other equipment."

Crois still remaining quite approaches watching the entrance and having Red watch the surroundings for any sign of kobold activity. (Spot check for both Crois and Red)
