I'm less than an hour from Atlanta. I grew up in the suburbs, but I've never lived in the typical suburban environment. Much more like a small town, bordering on the middle of nowhere. I did grow up riding and driving a tractor, after all. You name it, I probably planted or picked it in my grandfather's garden. If it grows well in the south, that is.

Me, I've always been in small towns. Never did any farming, although my Grandpa did teach me how to drive a tractor. I somehow doubt I'll ever use that knowledge...

Robin Williams is a comic legend, one of the greatest comedians of all time. He was the Genie in Disney's original Aladdin, for crying out loud. You did see Aladdin right?

Sorry, didn't mean to sound like a jerk. I was just flabbergasted, is all. Normally, I would agree with you, but Robin Williams is just such a household name. I mean, it's like saying you've never heard of William Shatner. Or Bill Gates.

However, I will have to disagree with you on the latter half of your post. I have seen too much death, and too much suffering, to ever say a life is just a life, or it doesn't matter because I didn't know them. War teaches a man how to appreciate life, whether it's a complete stranger, or a random cockroach.

Also, why the bad mood? Is everything okay?
