So in conclusion...
I don't think I'm getting a Switch this year.
I might still get a Pichu Amiibo though.

I'm definitely getting a Switch this year.
Ridley seems kinda OP.

I'll definitely pick it up aince I already jave a Switch, but if I didn't then it probably wouldn't have sold me. E3 disappointed me and I'm sad.

Does FE16 look like Tellius or the waifubait garbage of the 3DS games? It's entirely new in a completely new style, with a drastically revamped style of gameplay. I'll link the trailer.

It looks like it does the advance wars thing of each unit actually being a small army.
...I played like 10 minutes of advance wars and skimmed through the FE trailer, so I know what I'm talking about.

It definitely has a more medieval fantasy RPG look to it than previous FE games.

So the Fire Emblem has Attack, Magic, and Combat Arts as all different selections when attacking an enemy, making me feel like it's a kind of Echoes situation with those things maybe? Then there's also the Formation thing, which I think has to do with the extra units fighting at your side like it showed when that dude got his people in a triangle and charged the other dude. I'm guessing the extra units are just there for decoration to make it feel more like a war compared to just having a few units like before, but they might affect the Formation thing. Also, the maps remind me of Tellius Fire Emblem and the lines coming from the enemies to the unit seem important. I think they're like detection lines or something so you know who's going to attack your unit unless it's some kind of team attack/pair up mechanic. But I feel like there might not be a pair up thing in this game as far as I can tell...?

I probably will skip FE16 unless I see something interesting. Right now we have one trailer, but it seems like they are headed in a good direction.
Also, “Are these the people that pulled the trigger on Harambe?” Good one HHD. I cried in laughter.

The Let's Go gameplay hurts me on a spiritual level. I didn't watch it. Is it bad? No, no it's not bad at all. Emppy probably just doesn't like the more casual/ Pokemon Go aspect of it. The games still look very vibrant and very fun. We're getting the main games next year, because a) marketing and b) because they obviously needed more time to work on the Gen 8 games. Just because Let's Go Eevee and Let's Go Pikachu are different, it does not make them bad. You should watch the new gameplay and decide for yourself.

To be clear, I'm not decrying it as f***ing terrible abominations that shouldn't be called a video game, but there's not a lot I personally like.
Game has some neat cosmetic stuff at least.
