I'll have Crois bide his time until all or at least most of the kobolds are out and visible then he'll cast entangle to leave them vulnerable.

Most of the Kobolds will probably stay inside, so I doubt that it will work.

That's what I thought. They both have 4 HP unless you rolled it, so we could probably kill one in te surprise round if the get close enough.

So what can Russell do then wait until Another uses the light spell then go Leroy Jenkins on them? Or just wait for some type of signal

Well, it's Anthor's lead. Golurk, everyone is in position and they got the message. So... If you say the word, they can charge. If Russell and Krista run, they will be within charging range once the surprise round is over.

What are the stats for the Kobold? Also what are Kobolds like a smaller pesudodragon?
Are they related to dragons at all? The only reason I ask is because Golurk had to speak in a draconic language to communicate with them

Well, you readied for the Kobold's movement, not ally movement. In that case, just fire on your turn. It won't be until after Krista gets there, so if it's dead by then, you'll need a new action.

Yeah, that's good X. Though you can use italics in order to not vocalize Russell's strategy to the kobold he's about to fight. Just a flavor thing really.
