Goombamesh Pt.2
"Mario you okay?" Luigi asked his brother as Mario nodded his head yeah. "Let's show these Goombas what team worm is all about. As Luigi's gust and Rosa's mist combined to form a powerful combination while Mario launched a fireball at Goom. When the combination of spells crashed into the group of goombas you could see the look of agnoy on there face? I guess Goombas have faces even if it does take up 95% of their body anyways. " Master Goombamesh we failed you," as Goom and Drich fainted. "My friends your sacrifice will not be forgotten," as Goombamesh closed his eyes and began to meditate.
"Nows the time to finish you off as," Luigi twirled his broom and unleashed a powerful gust to Goombamesh. "Mario you ready I think its time for Goombamesh to chill and to feel the flames of our passoniate teamwork," as Rosa used chilled on Goombamesh as Mario aimed a well placed fireball at him.
"Such strength from such a mere plumber I am impressed as Goombamesh opened his eyes but I am afraid this is over," as Goombamesh starting charging Rosa. Rosa tried swiping her tail at Goombamesh but that couldn't stop Goombamesh from attacking full force. "Rosa," Mario and Luigi called out in horror.
"It's nice for you guys to worry about me like that but the one who should be worried is you Goombamesh," Rosa said while dusting herself off. "Now experience the power of ice and chill," Rosa said as two iclces had Goombamesh pinned down. Goombamesh could only stair in horror as Mario and Luigi launched consecutive melee attacks on Goombamesh. The force caused Goombamesh to plunge to the bass infested waters below. "I will get you for this Mario and Peach," Goombamesh said while running?? I guess what Goombas do qualify as running on top of the boss basses. Suddenly a familiar victory song could be heard after the defeat of Goombamesh (all you FF fans know which one I am talking about).
"That was strange," Rosa, Luigi, and Mario said as they looking for the source of that strange music. "Sorry guys I didn't know the music was that loud," as a random nondescript toad came walking past them on the bridge.
"So on to toad town then," Rosa asked. Mario and Luigi both shook their heads yes as the group crossed the big bridge.
Gained 150 coins and 150 exp.

"So off to toad town right everybody?" Rosa asked while Mario and Luigi nodded yes. As the group made there way towards the entrance of toad town a little bug crawled up behind them while giving Mario a look filled with bad intentions.
"Ah poor plumber of heavy weight," it spoke. "You think I am defeated, well you see Fawful chlortles at your thoughts of average intelligence," Fawful?? spoke. "You see one with fury like mines doesn't just fade away," Fawful chlortle. "My fury is like an endless ocean of fury sinking your ship of hope drifting in the sea of my fury,". " My fury shall be the mustard of your doom, upon the sandwich of your demise," Fawful chlortled. "My fury may be fury less now but a genius of anger shall find a way to become full of fury again,". " Once I unleash my fury your chlortles, your chlortles chlortles, the chlortles of your chlortles shall fall," Fawful said. "For now sleep upon your bed of ignorance, with your blanket of oblivious, upon the pillow of security," Fawful said. "For soon the bug of beds will be there biting you til your demise, I have chlortles," Fawful said as he began to chlortle like a mad man.
(P.S. next screen most likely will be a story post I know the party leveled up but right now reworking the system. Since the next part is mostly story, recruiting, and shopping, stats are not that important for now. Also for updates on stats and class system see the white mushroom house.)

Toad Town: town center
"So here we are," Luigi said while showing Rosa Toad town. "It seems like a nice village," Rosa commented to her self. Mario just jumps for joy at being in the town. "So should we go see Peach now?" Rosa asked. "Mario is that you I hate to inform you but the pathway to Peach's castle is closed," a toad wearing a hard hat said. "Some people thought it would be fun to light bob-boms and it created a big mess," the head toad construction worker said.
Everyone sighed after hearing the news. "Man I really wanted to see Peach," Rosa stated with a sigh."Don't worry by the time we get there Bowser would have already been there and kidnapped Peach," Luigi said as Mario nodded in agreement. So I guess we should see the town right?" Rosa asked. Mario and Luigi asked.
"So where should we go it seems like the cleanup could take some time?" Rosa asked. Mario and Luigi responded with?
A.) Shopping District (buy items and upgrade weapons)
B.) Magic district (buy magic and possible recruit)
C.) Go to the fountain (scene)
D.) Tavern ( Scene)
Note: you will get a chance to do all of them eventually. Right now you are just choosing what to do first. Choose one

Anyways, in honor of the views hitting 1000. All my voters can choose a number between 1 to 10.
Don't worry its not a trap. Just a way to get a nice surprise. Nothing too OP or nothing like 10000 coins but a little something extra. The numbers don't have to be a majority just whatever one you want. I will let you know what you got when the current poll closes. (The one where we decide to go first, probably be open for 24 hours)
Again it really means something for me a cyoa that I am doing one day has reached 1000 + views. I don't mean to be so dramatic just want to let everyone know how grateful I am. Whether it was giving me ideas, feedback, just voting, or just reading it's those action no matter how small may be to some. They mean a lot to me and is the reason I haven't given up on the cyoa b/c it means somebody out there is enjoying it and likes what they read.
Anyways poll is open for another 24 he's. give or take. Until then expect another bio bump and a scene involving another member who will be making an appearance soon.

Okay while I think of a proper pricing list for the magic shop. Here is another story scene setting up the appearance of a character soon to be joining.
Place: Rosalina's Spaceship
"Ma, ma, ma Rosalina where are you?" Prince Luma asked in a haze. "Prince please calm down Mother Rosalina has important business to take care of," Lubba said to Prince Luma. "Ma I need to find ma," Prince Luma said. "Mario Mario help me find mother," Prince Luma said as he flew off in search of Mario.
"Oh power stars Mother Rosalina is going to kill me, when she finds Prince Luma is gone," Lubba said as he watched Prince Luma fly off.

This time it will be ????.
Lets see ???? is the one behind everything. Yet ??? wasn't always like this. Founded by the mother of Anna's as a baby and taken in to be raised as one of the Anna's. Yet because ??? was not an Anna ???? could never be one of them. So ??? decided to deticate ??? life to be the ever loving spoiler to Anna. This all changed one day when a chance encounter with a mysterious stranger led ??? down a different path. Now ??? will do everything it can do to finally have the power of the goddess once and for all.
The only one who knows of ??? true identy is Robin but he lost his memory again.
So you should know ??? identity soon. Probably within the next couple of chapters.

So while I get the next scene ready. Here a list of available magic ready for the shop scene and the price of them. Also here's the list of available magic you have to sell if you so desire.
Magic to buy:
Fire. 50 coins
Thunder 50 coins
Blizzard 50 coins
Shine 50 coins (light based magic)
Flux 50 coins (dark based magic)
Cure. 100 coins
Whirlwind 100 coins (an upgraded Gust)
Cool Breath 100 coins (group, ice-based attack)
Warm Breath 100 coins (group, fire-based attack)
Inventory:
Fire 25 coins
Blizzard 25 coins
Thunder 25 coins
Current coins: 3365 coins
Will run RNG to determine your special rewards will have results next post. Shopping screens are treated just like any other choice just no letters. Also the final decision is handled like any other decision here majority support is what I will do. So decide what you want to buy and sell and once a majority has been decided will continue with story. You can buy as much as you want the only limit is the number of coins.

Time for the results:
3.) Cloud got one of every stats booster including speed wing +5 speed, +5 skills book of secrets, +5 luck Anna statue
5.) King got us a power star. A power star is basically a free pas through a section. Can be used twice.
7.) Yellow got the grand prize: one of everything not selected which is 2500 coins, 10 mushrooms, 5 1 up mushrooms, 5 p wings (think of them as rare candies allow for a free level up resets exp. to 0), a hammer head voucher (good for a free weapon for each of your characters).
The entire list was done randomly through the RNG. Just so happens yellow picked the right number will change coin amount to reflect your rewards. Also once we are done with the magic shopping and Merlen I will post an updated inventory screen

You know you can choose more then one right. So if you wanted for example 5 x fire you can. Or if you only want one of each you can do that. I just didn't know if I made it confusing that's all.
