I'm not sure if you've already answered this, but I'm just curious, is Artaeum around right now in the RP, or has it disappeared again/never reappeared?

Artaeum reappeared for several decades, in the the early 600s of the Fourth Era, and it appeared to all as if the Council would start participating in worldly affairs again. However, in 4E 685, the Order once again suddenly cut ties with the world and Artaeum vanished. It has not reappeared since.
However, I will say Artaeum plays a role in the Main Storyline.

Okay, but I can reference it now without worrying about it's current state.

Really, you can't miss the inn, Winterhold has always been a ghost town ever since the Great Collapse. There are very few buildings left standing, like three or four in the game, and I doubt many others have been built since. Winterhold would be completely dead if not for the College.

GX... Amnesiac... I'm sure Imperial!Siegemud would know all of this, but Annesiac! Siegemund doesn't. He lost a lot of memories so I don't expect him to know everything. That underwater rock really did some damage. I'm trying to make this as believable as I can without makin it seem like he is faking it.

Um, amnesiac or not, you would notice that you only passed by the maybe five intact buildings that make up the entirety of Winterhold. You should really look at a good picture of Winterhold, or better yet, watch a video that's a tour of the city.

Alright. And while I'm at at it I'll work on my side projects. Can't neglect them because of a simple RP. So my posting will probs be reduced to 1 post every three days.

Actually GX, Winterhold has been rebuilt a bit. I mentioned this in the lore post about the Jarls. Another solid twenty buildings have been added, though most are all dwellings. The Jarl's Longhouse has also been drastically improved, and is now a two story building. The Inn has been improved as well, and is quite a bit larger, though only barely two story.

Okay, I knew some of it would likely have been rebuilt, but I didn't remember how much. Still, it's obviously small compared to all the other cities which would have had just as much time to grow, since they would likely be giagantic now. And there's still only one inn.

If you need a new picture of what Winterhold looks like now, it's still relatively the same, but some of the nearby mountain has been mined away over the centuries, and the first part of the city is now where the snowy pathway used to be in the game. There are still no walls, and the only important buildings that have changed are the Longhouse and the Inn. Sorry about not mentioning this before.

Actually, the only two hold capitals that have dramatically increased in size are Markarth and Solitude. Both are thriving metropolises now. Windhelm and Whiterun have largely remained the same, and the other capitals have only expanded slightly. The only noticeable difference in the other cities, is Dawnstar is now a walled city.

So I am glad the reboot of my character has me interested in writing for him again.
About the college...
Would I have to get permission from you GX to enter or by the time I make it up there its open to the public again? I do plan on Fransis going to college b/c he can only do novice spells right now.

You can have him try to get in. If he can pass the exam Lorelei will give, she'll let him in, same for Siegemund and Nephle.
Also, Neo, are you online right now?

I'm online now. What do you need, GX?

I'm just trying to figure out if I should post or wait for you. Without being able to see when you're online, and possibly preparing a post, it makes me worry that I'll post, only to find that I've been ninja'd.

Ok
Is the way I am writing for Hircine ok GX or golurk or is there something I need to change? Like make him more uncaring or not as fatherly.
Hircine isn't the father just somebody who took care of Fransis from the time he was a baby.

Hahaha, sorry. You know... I may have to change my online visibility. Although, I'm technically always online, because I never sign out. So you'd still have the same problem, just in a different way. I'm waiting on Lorelei to get settled in a bit more first. The journey to Winterhold will take a few days, but I'm going to do a timeskip in my post. My intention is for Varren to arrive in the middle of the snowstorm, only for the snowstorm to abruptly stop, as if heralding his appearance. I was worried, that if I did a timeskip now, it would mess things up for you.

Actually, the longer Varren is there, the better, since that gives Lorelei more time to decide to trust him and get him to help.

Alright then. I'll post tomorrow.
Are you okay with me doing a small timeskip? I'm not sure if one would effect you or not. I mean... How do I put this? Damn, if I weren't so exhausted...
What I mean is, would a timeskip for my character effect you? And if so, are you alright with one? Varren could have started his journey before Lorelei reached Winterhold, so I don't necessarily have to do one.
....... I hope I'm making sense. I'm so tired I feel like I'm speaking jibberish.

A timeskip would actually help. To make the timeline of it better, Varren could still have left for Winterhold earlier than Lorelei arrived there, and by the time he reached the city it would only have been about three or four days since Lorelei arrived.
I'm tired too, so I'm also not sure my comment makes sense either, but I think it does...
Okay, so basically Varren started travelling to Winterhold, a few days later Lorelei and Avenicci reached the city, a few more days after that Varren reaches it.
Alright, it makes a lot more sense now that I can see it like that. Nice and simple.
