Destiny Land would have been when you guys finish up with the organization and celebrate, so probably sometime around May.
Winter Vacation would have unlocked a vacation in a winter log cabin with hot springs and everyone would gain special Yukata armor. Summer Vacation would end up with the party going on a beach trip together and gaining special beach themed weapons like a surf board for Zack and a beach umbrella for Raine.
Christmas, the entire group would get together and have a little party/gift exchange. Those you gave gifts to would like you more and if you were dating someone, you'd get a special gift which could be used in the other world as equipment or a material. Gifts change depending on the character. You'd also have a similar thing with everyone getting together and celebrating new years with fireworks. Valentines Day would be the day you get chocolate from the character you're dating, which could be used as a healing item in the other world, and you'd spend the entire day with them, raising your social stats more than usual. You'd also definitely get a rank up with them if you weren't already at 10 by that time. Also, if you were cheating on someone or tried to date everyone and somehow managed to keep it secret the whole time, Valentine's Day is when they find out and beat the **** out of you together. You miss out on the entire day and gain broken links with everyone you cheated on.
I doubt Karl would ever be useful. I don't think he had the tact and skill to get rank ups. At all. Most of the ones he got were either pity or luck.

Oh, did Jimmy actually like/start to enjoy baseball? Tai wouldn't have abused them when they started dating and he would've felt like a worse assholr if he had. And Natsumi probably teased him about it. Oh, especially if Jimmy ever found out how to make Tai push over.
Okay, so headcanon:
We achieved the True Ending and Everyone lived happy witht their friends and partners. Except Karl cause he was alone.

Jimmy actually liked baseball. Once he stopped having terrible luck and throwing bats at people accidentally, he had fun. It was a way he started to come out of his shell.
I never refunded DLC. Mostly because that would give everyone a lot of coins. I guess you could give free DLC, but that's up to you. You could also do a New Game + type of deal like I've done before where you gift old players stuff for playing the first game.

I'll probably keep the DLC in, but... which ones were paid off? Do you remember?
But I'm not a fan of giving some people an advantage because they were in the original... which would be everyone but Blood, and then I'd have to ask about whether to treat Neo/Digi/Me differently since we were late, etc. And going through and doing the stuff they'd already bought would be a pain. I'll revisit it once I decide to actually put in the shop...

Actually how did the first people learn about the other world? Was it be complete accident or did someone give the first scientist info?
Why male models?
What color under ware was Dogachu wearing?
Was World War Raine the greatest or most horrifying part of the original dating Sim?
Which Guardian did we not face but wish we had a chance to do?
Why was Fox the only one who could resonate with the souls of the other world?

The first humans discovered the other world with science. They happened to come across it one day and as they studied it further and further, eventually discovered there was another world and made portals and such.
There are no male models.

Where did all the portals go? Like, Graveyard/poison, River/water.
I changed where those two connect, at least. They were the only ones I knew. Oh, and Gas Station/fire.
