"Don't worry, I totally got this!" Kiran answers Tai's question.
He does not, in fact, got this. The mole goes for Arcadia's thread, and Kiran traps it in a box, stabbing it with several blue swords. But it breaks out, badly injured, but still alive. It dives for Arcadia's thread as Tai turns to unload on it. The mole manages to get its claw on the thread, but it lacks the strength to sever it before succumbing to its injuries.
The bugs go on the offensive. One slashes at Tai, but he sidesteps out of the way. The other leaps on Kiran, pinning him to the ground as it stabs him several times. He's really getting worn down.
Just two bugs left, and Arcadia's no long in imminent danger... probably.
One of the bugs looks pretty seriously injured, but the other looks relatively healthy.
(A) Attack
(B) Skill
(C) Defend
(D) Retreat
(E) Jump down onto the ledge
(F) Jiggle Arcadia's lifeline to tease her a bit

Tai heals himself while Kiran summons a bunch of knives to rain down on the enemies. Too late he realizes the potential issues there. Fortunately, none of the knives go off-course and hit Arcadia.
The attack's effective on the enemies, too. One of the bugs starts hemorrhaging fluid and spasming as it dies. At this point, there's no way to lose. You swarm the last insect and take it down.
Kiran listens, but nothing else seems to be coming. For now. Arcadia continues to dangle in a perilous position.
There's the issue of what to do about Arcadia. And the issue of how to split up the loot from the monsters... Arcadia didn't exactly do anything. Natsumi performed her duty as a stepping stone rather admirably, but she was probably more burden than boon. And Leia... Well, Leia doesn't need to know what all you find. She's stuck down there, after all.
(A) Haul Arcadia up
(B) Swing Arcadia over the ledge and drop her into the tunnel
(C) Drop down to the ledge and have Tai cut her down
(1) Everyone gets a fair share!
(2) Nothing for the flies trapped in the web!
(3) Secretly take a few materials from Natsumi, Leia, and Arcadia's shares

"Don't worry, I got this," Kiran says. He walks over, grabs the webbing, and starts hauling Arcadia up. "You can start cutting up the monster corpses or something. ...Ew, this web stuff is kinda gross." He diligently pulls her up hand over hand, dealing with the stickiness.
Natsumi and Leia have been awfully quiet. Fortunately, there's still no sign of more monsters. Though it feels like there's a pretty important question no one's asked yet...
Not that Kiran is going to ask it. "We'll just hold this stuff until we hook up with those two later."
(A) "Tai! Go check on Leia and Natty!"
(B) "Tai, help me get Arcadia free!"
(C) "Tai, go explore the area!"
(D) Drop down and check on Leia and Natty (don't pick a number)
(E) Leave Arcadia tied up and go explore the area (don't pick a number)
(1) Be a perfect gentlemen while untying Arcadia
(2) Be a creepy creeper while untying Arcadia
(3) Eh, tease Arcadia a little bit while untying her. Just a little.

"I never want to get stuck in some damn web thing again..." Arcadia says, staring at a knife in the cocoon as it fades.
"I want most of the loot. Kiran and Leia can have a third each. Natty and Skull girl get less. Sounds fair for the amount of work put in." Tai demands. "Now how the f*** do we get out of here? I'd rather not deal with more monsters."
"What? That's not fair!" Kiran says. "You should split it equally. After all, you'd have just fallen right into the web if you didn't have Natsumi to stand on! You owe her for her services as a platform!" He looks at Arcadia as he starts untying her. "And Arcadia... er... Arcadia is hot! And also new to this."
"F*** that. Natty was a platform, but her and Arcadia almost died and didn't fight at all. We should split it three ways between you, Leia, and me, and give both of them what's left. I'll share with Natty if it'll shut you up." Tai sighs. "Now let's shut up and find a damn way out. I don't care about skipping school but I do want to get some damn sleep." Tai starts feeling along the wall of the cave.
"Wow, OK. First of all, rude," Kiran says. "Second of all, Mr. I-think-I-do-everything-anyway - love the name, by the way - how about we get Natsumi and Leia in here before we bother discussing this stuff? And by we I mean you. You go get those two while I untie Arcadia, OK?"
Kiran gets to work untying Arcadia. He starts with pulling the string from her face, then her arms, then moves to her back. "I'll, uh... y'know. I'm not cleaning those sorts spots for you, understand? Once your back's done I'll get started on your legs, so focus on your... y'know."
(A) Clean her quietly
(B) "So... Come here often?"
(C) "Enjoying our first date?"
(D) "I'm really sorry, I didn't think this would go so badly..."
(E) "You're coming back, right? We need all the help we can get."
(F) "Y'know, if this is the sort of thing you're into, you could just ask instead of going to such extremes."

"Fine, whatever." Tai groans and drops down onto the ledge, then disappears.
Arcadia helps Kiran pull more of the string off her. "Yeah yeah, thanks. Thought a dude like you'd be a lot weirder with a tied up girl, but whatever. You're still a weirdo though. Oh, and keep the loot, Kiran. I know all I did was go and make things worse, so... My bad. Saw you hoppin' around on the beach 'til you straight vanished, so I looked around for you. Then some big pole thing landed on the beach, sent sand at my face, and made me fall down here. Guess worryin' bout your ass was a mistake, huh?"
"Me? Weird with a girl? Never. I'm a perfect gentleman," Kiran lies as he pointedly avoids touching her butt and moves to her legs, just like he promised. "And don't, y'know, with the 'my bad' thing. I mean, you're... y'know. A rookie. Um... Ugh. Dammit. Look, Arcadia. I'm really sorry, OK? I knew this place was dangerous, but I didn't think it would go so badly. I probably shoulda been watching over you more carefully or something, y'know?" He stops cleaning webs and puts a hand on her shoulder. "Seriously, that must've been pretty... intense. Are you alright?"
Kiran realizes the web he's pulling off Arcadia could probably be a useful material... There's 10 units of it, too. She was really gunked up.
(A) Just quietly pocket it...
(B) Here, Arcadia. You should have this stuff.
(C) The two of us should split this. Tai doesn't need to know.
(D) We should split this with everyone.
