Also, what's the extent of shapeshifting? Can you shift into anything as long as you have the necessary mana?

Yes, but Mana is a huge limiter, especially because you have to worry about capacity, efficiency, and control. While a person has a supply of Mana that regenerates over time, there's also a separate limit as to how much of that Mana a person can use in a given time without hurting themselves, which is especially dangerous for Shifters, because if they use too much Mana, not only are the injured, but the resulting backlash would also make any physical enhancements they've given themselves sorta moot.

Not...exactly. You don't have to wait around unless you're currently linked directly to someone else's time. Right now, everyone is split up, so it's impossible to say that they're all on the exact same time right now. Basically, Libra might be a few days or a week ahead of the seal right now, but the seal might be two or three days ahead of Barry and Catherine. We don't need to worry about it too much until people start running into each other. Just don't skip multiple years into the future or something crazy like that.

Alright, so Inners and Ken are gonna head out of Okirak Village soon. Did any of the other locations that anyone made inside of The Valley happen to be close by to it? It would be nice to decide on their next destination before they wander off in random directions. Of course, if there's nowhere nearby, I can always just make one myself. This is just a chance for potentially other characters interacting with them or something.

Umm Katherine and Barry can be if they need to. I can always have them stop close by looking for a chance to rest or stock up on supplies
