Just out of curiosity, is anyone planning on signing up with a Light Magick user at some point?
Also, X, if Barry and Catherine do something that gets their names popular nearby Newtonia and word gets around that two powerful Dark Magick users are fighting powerful monsters or something, I think I have something for you to do. But you need to focus on finding something impressive for them to do first.

I'll decide if I can commit to a third character after I write my first posts either tonight or tomorrow night.
If it's just for the lore though I could always give Light Magick to one of the members of Mandy's caravan.

They're very rare and limited, so just having one for the sake of having it isn't very fair to someone else who really wants to use one, but can't because there are too many. |

For reference, out of a population of say, one hundred million, the previous world of Austur had only about 10 or so Type 1s, so they're extremely sought after by many powerful groups.

Yeah, Golurk's post is the reason why I made 3 of the Caravan NPCs have Pure Magick. To show that it's the most common.
With that said, I realised the Caravan needs another member. Travelers without someone with medical skills are asking to die. They'll have a doctor with them. Not making him have Light Magick though, he'll probably have Elemental magick too.

Shape Magic can do healing. It can't restore life, but it can close wounds and whatnot.

I see, I saw the potential of having fire magick for him to help with wounds, but I'll think about giving him Shape Magick.
Cora has Shape Magick, but she doesn't really use it for healing.

Umm well they arent that powerful dark magic user. Barry is slightly above Catie being an actual part vampire. Katherine dosent use dark magic and insteads focus on elemental Fire Magic. They can both shape shift part og there body to be more wolf like and go full wolf like Catie but it takes more mana and energy and able to hold the form for less time because of there makeup. Unlike Catie where going full wolf is effortless being a wolf laguz.
As far as well known. Well the twins wouldn't be well known since they are young and spent a good deal of there life in the Cathedral. This is part of there journey to help them grow and get a feel for the world.
There grandad is a high ranking member of the Cathedral. Not sure if he's a knigt, leader, or ruler you would have to ask Smexy about high ranking.
But there grandad would have friends in high places sort to speak.

Note that I have no problem with Mandy going back to her town and finding out it's now ruled by a dictator younger than her.
