(I wonder what the DC to escape a leash is...) If it isn't low, we're all screwed.

But Crow.
Is GX powerful enough to derail her own campaign?

You did the HP wrong. It's one hit die + Con MOD. Your Con mod is +3, with a 16. So it would be something like 1d8 or 1d10 +3. Also, those stats are pretty high... Ah it's supposed to be 13 then. It's ok, Merfolk are balanced by 5 land move speed. Or max 15 move speed at the expense of 20 water move speed. Because they're fish. Immovable glacier ftw.

I only looked at a few. And no. I am strongly against it. And I strongly advise GX to not use it in any shape or form.

I never said it was a "good" idea. Especially not for 1st level characters.
I just said it's GX's spirit item.

Decks of many things are cool.
Plus, the Harrow Deck can be used with many archetypes like Card Casters and Harrow Witches along with the Harrower Prestige Class (might be worth checking out Neo, if you don't mind missing out on your Oracle Revelations and Curse upgrades).

I do mind, Lurk. My character's entire story is built around those two things. And replacing them would make absolutely zero sense for my character. So no.
It's not a good idea at all for GX's first campaign. And her "spirit" has absolutely nothing to do with a witch, that's just a meme Emppy created. She doesn't actually resemble a witch in any way.
I'm going to bed cause I'm falling asleep and I'm getting a bit grouchy.

...You are being grouchy. I wasn't referring to the witch thing - which you seem to suddenly have some problem with lately - I was talking to the luck-based gamebreaking.
That item just seems like something she would enjoy.
But it's something to throw at characters... eh... I'd say level 6 at the absolute minimum, more comfortably around 10-12.

I have always had a problem with the witch thing. It stopped being even remotely funny or witty years ago. It completely stopped being humorous when we started getting close. And now that she's my best friend, it's more infuriating than funny or charming. You'll forgive me if I don't find the idea of my best friend being hunted, tortured, and burned alive funny. And as for the gamebreaking cards, I don't find the idea of my character's whole life being near irreparably or irreparably screwed by luck and luck alone, without any say of mine whatsoever. That's not fun. It's just a headache.

without any say of mine whatsoever ...You realize it's impossible to compel or trick someone to draw from a deck of many things, right? Since you have to declare how many cards you're drawing ahead of time? Otherwise it's just blank white cards? And that the GM's supposed to be explicitly clear about how much risk can be involved with this?

Can another party member or npc draw from that deck and turn everyone into frogs, or something?

There are... 2 out of 54 cards that directly affect other party members, I think?

The Pathfinder character sheet on Roll20 has been updated. It now has working macros for different attacks/weapons/spells/abilities.

Are we using traits? Last time I played, traits were so new we didn't use them.

Yes. Two traits as normal on character creation.

Should we wait for the GM to give us story background for traits...?
