Combat Expertise is bad, but it's a prerequisite for lots of feats, mostly stuff like Improved (Combat Maneuver). Power Attack will be most useful for you at first level.
Other good feats at early level are Dodge, Spirited Charge (for mounted chargers), various other ones for certain builds.

This looks fun.
I'll take a weapon that gives me 10 feet of reach on top of that.
Bloodragers can learn the Enlarge Person and Long Arm spells to increase reach to 15.
Abberant Bloodline gives me another 5 foot reach with Abnormal Reach.
And then I'm going to build up to the Whirlwind Attack feat.
Does this work the way I think it does? Whack everything within 30 feet of me?
Only problem is that I'll have to reorganize my stats so that my Cha is only 11. But by the time I have to cast second levels spells that need 12 Cha, I've been told that I can increase Cha somehow, so I'll just do that.

I think Whirlwind attack only works on adjacent targets.
Go for Combat Reflexes if you want to abuse reach. That and other feats that boost attacks of opportunity.
Also, note on reach weapons: you can't target adjacent squares. This doesn't apply to natural reach from size and abilities.

I have no idea if whirlwind attack has a friendly fire effect, by the way.

Okay. Yeah, it hits everyone in reach. I was probably thinking of the 5E version.
But since attack rolls are made individually, and I'm pretty sure you can force yourself to miss attacks.
You should also get Combat Reflexes. It's less investment and will be incredibly helpful, especially if you have decent DEX.

I dunno how forcing a miss works in PF... But I would strongly, strongly caution against taking a friendly fire ability so early. This isn't BESM, Bunny. The power level is much, much different. Most of our characters have less than 10 HP. Whirlwind could cause a party wipe.

I wasn't aware of the friendly fire bit. Attack of Opportunity exploitation it is.
How do you end up with less than 10 hit points...? Isn't it hit die + Con? I have 26.
I currently have 16 Str, 15 Dex, 16 Con, 13 Int, 8 Wis, 11 Cha (including Merfolk racial bonus +2 in Dex, Con, and Cha). I only need 14 Cha in the end for fourth level spells, so I'll have some levels to build that up, meanwhile I can immediately benefit from the other stats. The only one I'm worried about is Will.

You did the HP wrong. It's one hit die + Con MOD. Your Con mod is +3, with a 16. So it would be something like 1d8 or 1d10 +3.
Also, those stats are pretty high...

+CON mod. So +3, not +16.

...I have 7 HP.
Welp, better not get hit. Ever.
...All of my characters have incredibly low HP. Always.

Rin only has 8 HP. All our characters have low HP at level 1. Cause Pathfinder. So you offset that with AC boosts and playing tactically. For example, Rin has 18 AC with all her equipment stuff, and she has ways to get away or heal herself. And we have to use terrain and ambushes and scouting to our advantage. It's a lot more tactical than most battles in 13th Age.
But like Crow told me, the enemies are scaled with all that in mind. They have low HP too at first, and don't do as much damage.

I am very prepared to be sneak attacking everything. But if it doesn't die, I should probably give up immediately afterward. And by that, I mean run away and just sneak attack them again.

We'll see how you feel when the party gets in a boss fight because he kicked someone in a river. Wut I think I mentioned something about fully having the intention of following through with any random impulses I suddenly have, didn't I...? "That guy's sitting by a river..." *kick* "...It was too perfect to let pass."

Note to self: don't ever put important, powerful people who would want revenge on the party over any slight near the edge of a body of water.

"That guy's sitting by a river..." *kick* "...It was too perfect to let pass." Oh. You just need to not be there when they get out of the river, then. Did you know that random monsters get skills and stuff? Like foxy-floofs get Tracking and raccoons get Sleight of Hand. Also the bestiary lists both foxes and raccoons as sub-types of flying squirrels. As well as pigs and otters.

"I love otters. They're so cute."
"Pfft, you otter scrub. Don't you know the proper term is Flying Squirrel Subtype Otter?"
