If you go racing with all these roots and whatnot around, you're likely to trip.

You head to the west. You find a small alcove where the white-haired woman from before seems to be resting. She's seated on a log, quietly humming to herself. A few other rookie adventurers are milling about the area, also taking a rest. A few look pretty beat up. That dog's here, laying down and stretched out. Alice and the troubador are snuggled up together, using their pooch as a pillow. It looks like this is a makeshift safe zone. The white-haired woman nods at you. "Welcome... Blitzwing? Yes, I think that was your name. Looks like you're doing pretty well right now, so you should hurry along. Double-time, now. Make your way back if you get hurt." She shoos you off, back to work. As you leave, you notice a black bird fly past, carrying a 100en coin. It lands on her shoulder. "Hm? Did you find something for me?" the old woman asks. The bird drops the coin in her palm. "Oh, thank you." She strokes its neck a bit. You can see a vein pounding in Yvan's head, and you decide it's time to hurry along. You move along east. The path eventually comes to another split. Straight ahead the path continues to the south before hooking west, and another path splits to the east. (A) East! (B) South!

You head east. You find... a dead end. With a sizeable pile of... acorns? Very large acorns. How odd. "Interesting," Darian says. He picks up one of the acorns and examines it a bit. "Very interesting. Honestly, I'd expect Yggdrasil's seeds to be larger... Perhaps these... hm..." He stows it in his pack to study later. "Larger?" Wulf asks. "That would feed us for a day." You don't see anything else interesting here, so you turn back and take the south path. It hooks around to the east after a bit, until it splits again. To the east is a large chamber with a pair of channels of water. That... looks like it's probably the goal. The path continues to the north, but there's no reason to- A scream comes from the north path. Oh... that's not good. Well, it's probably fine. There's several experienced guilds around ready to run to the rescue of anyone calling for help, so it's fine to ignore it, right? ...Right? "...Right?" you ask everyone. They look at you, confused. Right, they can't hear your inner monologue. (A) North (B) East

You head north, deciding you want to be like big damn heroes. You come around the corner to find... a lot going on. The first thing you notice is a very, very large pink-and-purple flower. Except the flower's crawling around on leg-like roots, swinging around three whip-like tendrils, and holding that shogun - Pako - in a fourth. It's trying to shove her into a sucker-like mouth lined with fangs as she struggles and smacks at it with her butterfly fan while screaming all sorts of obscenities at it. Her sword seems to have been knocked away and sits on the ground.
The ninja Keiko and the dancer Xa are trying to help their comrade while the Hexer and Survivalist you never interviewed do what they can to help. A small group of clawed moles are keeping them away. The flower itself is supported by a pair of giant ladybugs.
(A) Go after the clawed moles. (B) Go after the flower. (C) Welp, nothing to see here. Back we go.

How close is Pako to being eaten? Is she in very imminent danger, or is she managing to keep the plant at bay for now?

It's bitten her a few times. And her fan doesn't seem particularly effective, butterfly motif or not.

Right, I say definitely B then. Bum rush the flower. We need to get the flower to drop her ASAP, and to do that, we need to draw its attention. We don't have time to deal with the Moles.

I already posted this in TEWiaD, but may as well move it here.
Can anyone who's got EOU/2 and a guild with a Highlander, Beast, or Alchemist check some stuff for me? I need to know:
Class (obviously) Level Max HP Max TP STR TEC VIT AGI LUK Which game
I've got level 1 stats for all of them, but I need some higher-level stats. At least 2 more samples for each. The higher level the better.

So I did it for Highlander and Alchemist, but... I can't find my copy of II, so I can't do it for Beast. Which I guess doesn't mean I can't advance BB, but...

"Dogpile on the flower!" you say. "Make it let go of the psychopath! Then we can re-evaluate our strategy."
"...Are you sure? It looks really strong..." Urvan points out.
"HA! As if that matters! CHARGE!" you order.
You take two steps forward, then remember you can't fight. At all. Fortunately, Yvan and Merrick take up the slack and run forward, then the others follow close at their heels. They attack the flower from behind while it's distracted by its angry, angry meal.
PREEMPTIVE ATTACK!
