We could do a non-canon mini session on a weekday just to have a PVP free-for-all for fun.

Please not this week though. I need to be able to see that if it happens.

Excerpt From Death Mark For Dummies Congratulations! You are now the owner of your very own Death Mark! First off, we'll teach you the most important thing. That is, how to transfer your mark! Simply recite the magic words below while invoking the power of your mark!
I am thou, thou art I... Through the ancient tongue, I transfer this power to you. The land's power flows through me, and now through you. This mark that holds its place on my hand contains the powers of death. Spirit, acceptance, and growth through pain. These gifts, I provide to you. I give you my greatest power. My greatest treasure.
Now that we have all that mumbo jumbo over, I'm sure you're wondering, dear reader. "What can I do with my Death Mark?" What an exciting question! Here's what you may do! Not only does your power regulate the balance of life and death itself, keeping the dead in the ground where they belong and protecting the living from malevolent souls, but now you have the power to see dead people! Congratulations! You can now speak with spirits and ghosts. Things of the like. As the Death Mark holder, it is your job to help put these restless souls to rest. Good luck!

I've added the excerpt from Death Mark For Dummies to your handouts so you can reference it whenever you need. Don't forget to write in your journals before you forget everything that happens!

Finally home! So Yay! I'll pop on Rifts in a couple minutes for EXP and stuff. Yay EXP and stats! Dibs on the cloak for Shira. The PPE dagger should go to Slimex.

No one else minds if I take the cloak for Shira, right?

Since I won't be here this weekend, I'll get some stuff out of the way.
1.Slimex gives the Vampire Daggers to Celica.
2.No proficiency with swords, so I won't take Conquest's Sword for now. I'll probably get it when I level up so I can do some MDC damage without using a spell. In the meantime, anyone can use it.
3.Shira and Slimex have Shadow Meld... Sure it costs PPE and we need shadow, but personally, I'd give the cloak to someone else who can't currently teleport. (Actually, I'd just switch the cloak around to whoever needs it when we need to use it. There's no reason to not share it between the party)

I really don't need the daggers... It's a 3-point damage increase per attack, on average. Not as useful as Slimex having more PPE. And if she's ever down to HP, we're either completely screwed or hanging out in an area where we couldn't bring our fancy armor. ...If that happens, I may take you up on that. But for now, Slimex keeps them.

Oh I missed the PPE part... Yeah. Keeping the PPE dagger. No proficiency for them either though...
With that said, the HP dagger is completely useless to Slimex. With 29 SDC HP I pretty much have to do a no damage run (which works well for now).
Regaining HP is not something that's gonna happen. So whoever wants the HP dagger can take it.

I'm pretty sure the only one that would be able to really use the health draining dagger is Shira since the rest of you use MDC armor.

1) Shira's Shadow Meld doesn't cost PPE 2) Shadow Meld does not allow you to pass through walls or barriers like the cloak. 3) Shira can only naturally teleport over extremely long distances, and she has to pass a low skill check to be accurate 4) The cloak will allow Shira to become an even better thief, stealth artist, and jailbreaker. Because it's primary use is teleporting through locked doors or walls. If we give that cloak to someone else, they'll just immediately get caught on the other side. Shira can instantly go invisible, has the best stealth skill in the party, has other ways to break out if necessary, and can handle herself better than anyone else if separated. 5) I've already added it to my character sheet, don't make me un-add it... Also, the HP dagger is useless to Shira. She will always have a stronger and better weapon, she's a MDC creature and only uses HP at all in SDC only worlds, and she naturally regenerates anyway.

Also, Shira has 600 HP anyway. Yeah. 600. The dagger wouldn't do much for her, even on SDC worlds.

I'm not saying Shira shouldn't have the Cloak, I'm saying this particular piece of equipment should be shared between the party members situationally.
For a stealth segment, sure Shira would be the best pick (altough Slimex is EXREMELY good at Stealth, he just didn't have a stealth segment until now), but for combat, it might save another character's life.
So like... For now Shira can keep it, but I'd really REALLY like if that Cloak was a shared item.
---Examples of applications for other characters---
Celica could fight inside Sechs, then teleport behind the enemy while he's occupied fighting the mech. Amelia could use her missiles point blank and teleport away to avoid damaging herself. Slimex could teleport somewhere, impersonate an animal to lure enemies away, then teleport back.

... How good is Slimex at stealth? I don't think he's better than Shira... She has a fairly high stealth skill on its own, a special version of Shadow Meld that's free, lasts much longer, and is instantaneous, she has the Invisibility spell, and the Darkness spell that gives another +15% to Stealth. When all's said and done, she can turn invisible, create a 15 foot field of impenetrable darkness, cast Shadow Meld, and have a 75% success rate on stealth, all in an instant. AND she can create distractions, dig tunnels, and crumble stone walls. The only thing she can't do is pick locks, hence the cloak making her literally one of the best thieves in the Megaverse.
Also, I as the player am not against the idea... But you're going to have to convince a young dragon to share a magic item that she's already claimed. Which means either a really good Invoke Trust skill check or direct GM intervention.

Also, the cloak only lets you teleport up to 5 feet away. The blast radius of Amy's missiles is 20 feet.
