I have the same link you do. If it doesn't work for you, it won't work for me. But I have the book, so I can just post the Rogue Scholar EXP table.
Rogue Scholar
1: 0 - 2,000
2: 2,001 - 4,000

7: 34,601 - 49,700

9: 69,801 - 94,900

15: 329,401 - 389,500
Level 15 is as far as the book goes. Yes, those numbers are right. Yes, Rogue Scholar is one of the quickest classes to level. Yes, Mystic is going to have to start giving us a lot more EXP at higher levels. Once we hit level 4 or 5, 1000-1500 should start becoming the baseline EXP for every session, instead of 200-300 like it is now.

Rogue Scholar only gets skills at a level up, and any bonuses to Hand-to-Hand you have. No additional HP or SDC, unless there's a generic baseline for classes that don't get class bonuses to them. I can never remember if there is or not. That's a question for Crow/Mystic.
You get two new OCC Related skills at levels 3, 6, 9, and 12. You get 1 new Secondary Skill at levels 2, 5, 8, 12, and 15.
The bonuses your current skills get at each new level should already be on your character sheet. If they aren't... Whelp. I don't have time to do that for you.
I need to know what Hand-to-Hand skill Don has before I can list the levels for that.

Mystic, I'm doing the tokens for the Pirate Queen, one of her Captains, and a Rogue-y guy(Maybe her information specialist/spy/assassin/you get the idea). Those tokens will be the special ones. I can do a couple more if you want, but only if you tell me now. The rest of the Pirates will be normal Roll20 tokens.
Lurk, I'm doing other stuff right now. I'll get to that in a bit if Crow or Mystic can't.

Well, I went ahead and named them for you. Zenia the Pirate Queen, Bastien the Pirate Captain of the First Fleet, and Zarek, the Queen's personal spy and confidant. There aren't a lot of pirate tokens on Roll20, so you'll have to use the Free Token pack. Just type "Pirates" in the Roll20 search bar.

Rogue: Any(+10% to Computer Hacking only)
Science: Any(+10%)
Technical: Any(+15%)
If you want a proper list of all the skills, you'll have to search for a new PDF. It would take hours to post them all.
