No, I haven't done it yet. Sorry. I can't imagine there was much though since it was short.

Maybe just give like 300 EXP for everyone?

Like I said, you'd be justified saying none and maybe just adding a bit more to this week's based on what little people did last week.

That...could work I guess. I'll just give everyone a little bonus for this week.

You could also not do that, if you want. There's probably also a kind-of do that option, if you think hard enough.

...I'm just going to go for an EXP boost. I'm going to go do something mindless that requires little focus.

I recommend push-ups.

I can't do those.
Plus, I already did those and I'm screaming inside.

20 snap kicks. Each leg.

I don't know what those are...
It sounds like something Celica invented as a new attack for Sechs.

It's... it's white-belt-level martial arts, Mystic. Remember this conversation? Where I mentioned I don't even know how people throw a kick that's not a snap kick, unless it's an even more advanced kick? We're gonna learn you some martial arts, Mystic.Fighting stance! Feet shoulder width apart, and an equal distance back! Back foot pivoted out slightly, front foot slightly twisted in. Weight balanced! Hips facing forward towards the target - don't let me catch you twisted up! Fists up to protect your face! Chamber! Shift weight to the front leg. Bring that back knee up towards your chest! You can worry about a front-foot snap kick once you can do these without busting your ass. Once your knee's a bit past the hips, let the kick fly! Don't you point those toes. You ain't no ballerina. You're thinking of driving the ball of your foot into the target. For a rookie, just think heel. You can get more power if you let your grounded heel raise a bit, but at the cost of stability. You ain't that good, yet! Don't float, now! Bring that foot back under the knee before you move anything else. Every second you aren't retracted is another punch in the face! So get it back in the chamber, and then back on the ground and re-distribute the weight! Do it 10 times on one leg, switch the leading foot, and do 10 more! Then switch again until you've done 20 each. Then hit the showers!

You said you wanted you some abs, Mystic? Kicks. Lots of kicks. With the added bonus of learning you how to defend yourself.

But... That essentially means Shira is going to get like no EXP... For two sessions. That's not really fair to me. I'm missing this session because I'm literally being forced to. But I didn't miss last session, so Shira should get something for that...

Your not not getting EXP, I'm just adding it to next session, which your still getting the base for. And you're not really behind on EXP if that happens.

So I don't think I'm flexible enough to bring my knee to my chest, but I'm fairly certain that I'm now able to kick a person of average height in the head...

You don't actually bring it to your chest. You envision bringing it to your chest, but stop and attack as it passes your hips. A snap kick loses a lot of power as you increase the target height. If you're aiming high, I recommend a roundhouse or crescent kick instead, because it uses your hips differently.
