OK yeah but Did Alice or Puddin win I'm gonna keep asking 'cause A I want to have a general idea of their relative power levels and B I kinda don't get to be influence the main plots much so I make my own fun by wiping out hunter-gatherer tribes and fixing water pumps

If it was just Puddin and Alice, probably Puddin.

Pudding is a Dragon Hatchling. With the Water Mark. She probably has around as much MDC as Shira. Alice wouldn't stand a chance against her. She wouldn't even be able to do enough damage to bypass Pudding's natural healing. Alice is a dancer who can use a dagger kinda and possibly has a couple spells. There is no question as to who won, there never was.

...They weren't fighting, Neo, they were training. As in "both using SDC damage," "neither capable of actually damaging each other," and "who cares about Puddins natural healing." Also the water mark could not be weaker than on an airship in the middle of the desert. So no, Puddin did not automatically definitely win by nature of being a dragon.

But you asked who won. That implies someone had to lose. Mechanically, who loses is who has the least HP when the match is over. Puddin heals 1d10 MDC per round. Eventually, she would win. RP wise, the way a training session would end is with one partner on the mat, immobilized or having given up. Or if both partners concede a draw. And Dragons still do at least 3d6 SDC damage on restrained attacks. Alice isn't physically strong enough to beat Puddin.

Holy **** I just realized that Neo's whole arrogant "so-and-so couldn't possibly beat a dragon because it's a dragon and they're not" thing is exactly in character for a dragon
And Crow's mocking the dragon about that is exactly in character for a crow

I mean.... A dragon is my spirit animal for a reason. But sorry. I didn't mean for it to come off like that. But I still stand by my argument. Experience wise, Puddin and Alice are about the same. So it would come down to natural ability. Which, factually speaking, in Rifts, means the dragon wins. That's not... Arrogance. Have you seen the stats of Rifts dragons? Anyway. Misty, what do you need for FLOATY LAND?

I have no idea.
Throw lots of cool stuff down and I'll play with it later.
I should probably also have more tokens ready for floaty land, buuuuuuut I don't. If you have any angel/winged people tokens could you throw those down too? Or if you don't that's fine. I also...probably should have made a Gear Dragon token.
