You become attended to it at True Hex. Find your room first.

...I don't get it. Forget it. Pocket the key, go poke around the wine cellar.

There's a hidden room in everyone's utility room that allows that person to increase their role powers, this is called reaching the True Hex. We know that you need a key for it, and it binds it to you in the process.

Huh. Is the wine cellar not his special place...? Shouldn't this key be all used? Unless it unbinds on death or... Whatever. Go back to the rec room and start looking for keyholes.

Evidently, Mu didn't complete the puzzle.
You head to the Rec Room.
. . .
0:19:45
You search the Rec Room from top to bottom.
Eventually, you're scouring the floorboards.
Is that...?
There's something beneath the floorboards. What do you do?

Insert sword/crowbar.

Not personally having a crowbar, you elect to use your sword.
You force four planks up, and make a hole that seems to be wide enough to fit down.
There's a rope, you check and it's strong enough to take your weight.
You're probably not going to be able to be spend long down here, but you might as well check it out...
. . .
The Game Cupboard
You reach the bottom and check the time. You have just over sixteen minutes left.
In the distance is a table, similar to what you saw in the sewer. However, between you and the table are 36 armoured monochrome robots shaped like chess pieces, a squirming snake pit littered with ladders, a large expanse of water, with cannons either side.
There's also Rube Goldberg-esque mousetraps, 16 monochrome disks with spikes all around that move like roombas, and two giant dice clattering around inside a giant plasticky dome.
What do you do?

Assuming the tops aren't spiky, attempt to hopscotch across and/or mount a roombadisk and approach the die-popper. Gotta push it at least once before bed. It's just so satisfying.

It's all the way over on the other side of the room, past all the chess pieces and stuff, sure you want to do it now?

But... pop. Fine. Examine the snakes. From a distance.

You get as close as you can without alerting the chesspeople to your presence.
The snakes seem to be too shiny to not be mechanical in some way, however they look very fluid. If you jumped from ladder to ladder, you could probably avoid them entirely. However, that's assuming they cannot climb the ladders.

We got craps to talk about. Address the rotting elephant in the room. Head to the center and call a meeting if people aren't already assembled.

You head to the CORE hall, where everyone (except May, Decider, and Ace.) is gathered around in a huddle. You approach them, and see that Mu's body is gone.
"...So who was it? Either someone found a way in, or we have a child murderer on our hands."
"I-it wasn't me!"
"And you've got another thing coming if you think I did this. I wouldn't put it past Ace though, and he wasn't with anyone..."
"We were in the partner groups. Our group in one did only kill him if both together."
"Hey! If it isn't Master Moose." Allure says, turning to you. "Did you, perhaps, get separated from Decider at any point?"
How do you respond to this?

A bit. When we split up to search the airport. But we were near the door and would've seen him then. And later when we fell in a hole. Not long enough for him to kill anyone. Seeing as he was clearly getting us a rope.
We stepped out to chat with Ace around at like 2 hours to go and at the least the corpse wasn't there then. When was it first discovered?

"Just a little. When we split up to search the airport... but I was near the door and would've seen him then. And later when I fell in a hole. Not long enough for him to kill anyone. Seeing as he was clearly getting me a rope... Oh, and I stepped out to chat with Ace around at like 2 hours to go but the... but Mu wasn't there yet."
"I see..." Elf muses. "The body was found at about 50 minutes before the end."
"This is pointless!" Limelight shouts. "We know you killed him, you blue parakeet, don't you dare stand there, all inquisitive."
"I did not."
"Not you!"
"What? B-but..."
"Yeah, you act all innocent. I don't buy it. It's pretty obvious why most of us are here, but you? You're trying really, really hard to hide something. So, why don't—"
"What's going on?" May says, swinging her door open.
"We're discussing – oh, fluff, wrong voice..." says the Messenger. "Oh well, we're discussing Mu. He died, as you know. And Decider's been jailed."
"I already know about those, I saw it last ni—"
"SH!" shouts Allure. "The Betrayer is among us."
What do you do?

Oh, perfect. Just the person we needed to see. Ask her where her green dart went and also what it does. And also with her professional opinion as a nurse what likely killed this guy.

"...Moving on, May, where's your green dart?"
"Uh... right here. I still don't know what it does, though."
You whip out use Foursight's magnifying glass.
'Dart of Hearts – Gives a debuff that stops one using one's role powers for fifteen minutes after piercing the skin or inner lining of subject's suit..'
"Huh, neat."
"So... what do you think killed him? I know you're not a nurse or anything, but you did say you had some medical training, right?"
"Well, in my professional opinion, he was killed by someone with their head in the game. More directly, a slash across the throat."
"H-how can you... he was a human being!"
"Yeah, well, he was also a liability. He used his role powers to get past of both of the starter puzzles (solved one of them, by the way, and got the key,) was a complete liability with other puzzles, despite his supposed 'education', and was just generally a poor excuse for a human being."
It's at this point, Ace walks in.
"Speaking ill of the dead? Cool, I'll join in: he tried to murder me. I'm not at all sorry he's dead."
"Did you... do it?" Limelight asks hesitantly.
"Nope. Sure wish I did, though. Let's just hope the actor does a better job of—"
"Attention everyone. I would just like to point out that the Leader did not open a new trapdoor last night, and - KRZZXT!"
At the same time, Ace let out a scream, clutching a green dart sticking out of his arm.
You turn to look at Bubbles in shock, whose hand is outstretched. Ace is shaking with fury.
"You... little..."
"Moose, please restrain him."
What do you do?

As fun as that would be, it's unnecessary. We can all act like reasonable adults here. Speaking of, it's time to tell them all about your little chat with Ace yesterday.
