I don't suppose the chain's comically long enough to connect the fence with the sewer water? Nope!

Are any of the suitcases cloth or generally really flexible or at least have a shirt or something in them?

"Are any of the suitcases cloth or generally really flexible or at least have a shirt or something in them?"
"Yeah, a few of them. There's a couple of dresses, three shirts, some socks, Grey's bag, two more bags are also made of cloth... what are you planning?"

Wrap the sword hilt in a lot of cloth, then stabby-stab.

"I'll wrap my sword in a cloth, then... STABBITY-STAB STAB!"
"You... don't see anything wrong with that?"
"No?"
"Your sword is not going to be able to stab something if it's wrapped in cloth! ...Not if it doesn't tear through the cloth."
What do you say?

The hilt. Not the blade.

"I meant the hilt, genius, not the blade."
"Cloth isn't the most electricity-resistant material. I'd use something plastic."
"Alright... got anything plastic?"
"You're in luck! Right here, we got a beloved felt-lined puppet that's covered in a thick plastic coating."
"Cool."
No more wasting time, you've got 1:36:45 left of today.
What now?

Cool. Let's get this stabbing on the road.

You carefully insulate the hilt, and stab repeatedly through the fence post, directly into the circuit box. After about 25 stabs, you've made enough holes in the circuit ox for it to fizzle and spark, and then the fence stops humming.
Wasting no time, you slash the fence open, and run through to the other side. Decider follows, and you search the area. It's a wide open field, with a locked bunker door that you can't even scratch with your sword.
Unfortunately, Allure's bag is nowhere to be found. However...
"Hey! Look at this."
You turn to look, and immediately spot the capsule cradled under his arm. It's emblazoned with a big white '0'.
"Well buttress, we still need to find Allure's to solve the room puzzle."
"Let's at least look inside..."
You look inside, and sort through all the contents. This isn't that hard, because...
"It's... empty?"
"Except for this." you say, holding out the metal plate. It's not written in English, or in any discernibly real language.
"Great, where are we going to find Allure's?"
...
You search and search for half an hour. Just when you think it's about time to start heading back...
"Hey... look down there!"
There's something emerald coloured in the water around the fountain on the floor below. The fountain has large, protruding, incredibly sharp needles, and is right beneath a chandelier.
You go down to check it out, and find the mailbag has been ripped open, apparently on impacting the needles, and most of the things have been emptied into the overly large drain. The only things that haven't washed down are the metal plate that says "8 - Rajiv Gandhi International", and a glass eye...
What do you do now?

Ugh. Why needles? Why more needles? I don't wanna. Tag: SpringForest

Pick up what we need using the sword. Er...what do we need?

The plate.

Get the sword under the plate and lift it by scraping it up against the fountain edge.

Personally I'd just go down there and scoop it out of the fountain.

No. Needles.
Plus one of my other characters walked under a chandelier the other day. Well, hopped, since she was a bit tied up... And that ended badly.

Okay, forget I called them 'needles'. It's just a fountain with spiky projections on the top that are there to explain why the bag ruptured.

Oh, OK. Grab it.

You go down the escalator, and look over the metal plate. The finish has been eroded a little bit, but it hasn't started to rust.
"8 - Chennai International Airport"
Nothing else is salvageable, sadly.
Decider sidles up to you, looking over the remains of the bag. He has a thoughtful look on his face.
"That's all of them, huh? ...What's wrong?"
"I don't know, it's just... doesn't this all seem a little bit... convenient?"
"What do you mean?"
"The bag split open, and everything is just gone except what we need to complete the puzzle? And at that angle..."
"The only one that could have done this is Shade..."
"Yeah, but it could be someone framing Allure, I don't know..."
"We have all the plates."
"Mm. But the Hunter's bag is unaccounted for."
What do you do now?

Go examine the arrival/departure board and compare it to the plates.

You go straight to the arrival board, and see that it is blank. Decider follows the wire from the back of it, to the wall, and notices that it goes straight through.
You explore the area around the wall, hoping to find a door, and find none.
"Hey, doesn't that look like a doorknob would go right there?" you ask, pointing to a section of the wall.
"Oh yeah, you're right." he says. He then, without warning, pulls your sword free, and cuts a large triangle in two swipes, and pushes.
The wall falls over, and you're looking directly into a maintenance room. He hands you your sword back, and you stutter out an objection. "W-you ca-shouldn't..."
"We don't have time for that leaf."
...
It doesn't take very long searching to find the laptop. You open it, and most of the icons are greyed out. All of them, in fact, except for the 'Flight Scheduler' app.
You click it open, and there's a list of countries. Fifteen, to be exact, and the Atlantic Ocean for some reason.
"Is that the time? Apples and Bananas, that's..."
The time in the bottom right hand corner isn't the conventional time, but mirrors the timer ticking down on your hands.
00:19:34
"19 minutes. We should be going..."
What now?
