You write all four roles down on slips of paper. For some reason, you have to very firmly stifle an urge to write 'Ur mum lol" instead of Leader.
You all put the pieces of paper into a pile, and Foursight mixes them up. She then motions everyone except Bubbles to stand on the other side of the room.
Over the course of about quarter of an hour, he painstakingly reads each one out.
Foursight keeps a running tally, and after a while, the tally chart looks like this:
Leader IIIIIII
Baker I
Banker IIIII
Mailer I
Messenger IIII
Teacher IIII
Brawler I
Scholar III
Snooper IIIII
Actor IIII
Looter III
Rescuer IIII
Joker IIIII
Binder IIII
"Okay, I think it's safe to say a couple of things." Foursight says, listing them off on her fingers. "Firstly, some people slightly exaggerated the number of roles they could remember. Secondly, one or more people made some up to compensate."
"It's also safe to say that the Baker, Mailer, and Brawler are all made up, they only have one vote each, and without them, we have exactly twelve."
After that, the messenger instructs you to all stay still, until he messages you your role, and then to lift your arm.
"Rescuer?"
What role do you claim?

You wait until the Messenger says 'Leader?' before you raise your hand, figuring it's best not to try lying to someone who's definitely not the Betrayer. After that, you play the waiting game, remaining motionless until the Messenger messages you again.
"Okay, chumps." The messenger says. "The Betrayer must have claimed the role of the person he killed, because there are no counterclaims."
"So, what exactly did we achieve?" Limelight drawls. Her eyes then widen. "What do you mean, 'chumps'?"
"I know all your roles now, so, I call the shots."
"If we were all planning to co-operate anyway, what's the point in threatening us?"
"That remains to be seen. Now, you, pinkie?"
"What is it?" Ace says, spinning around, as if trying to see who is talking. "What do you want from me?"
"Kindly remove your helmet. Or else, I broadcast your role to everyone."
"You little gerbil!"
"You heard me."
Ace takes his helmet off, and scowls at the ground.
"Oh, no. Turn around, face everyone in turn."
He turns his head level with everyone, glaring at each person in turn, face slightly pink with rage.
"Oh, don't do that. Do it with a smile!"
His lips upturn into a painful grimace. He bares his teeth like a shark. "Go to buttons."
"Oh! Very good! Good boy! You may put your helmet back on."
Wordlessly, he fumbles with his wrist, and replaces his helmet. It would be comical, if not for the looming death threat for you all.
"I'm afraid this is no longer a democracy, if it ever was."
"You have to be kidding me. If there's something you need to fulfil your win condition, then sure, use your 'knowledge' to get it. But don't expect us to humiliate ourselves."
"For that, you dance."
"What?"
"I believe I made myself perfectly clear. Dance. Go ahead, it doesn't have to be too racy, do the Macarena, dance like a Pharaoh, I don't care! Just dance."
"No! Why are you turning us against you like this? You have no idea if you might depend on us, or if your secret will get out, it's in your best interests to—"
"Last chance. Dance."
"I said 'No.' Get that through your head."
"Fine. Moose?"
"What?"
"Cut her hand off."
"That's insane!"
"This is an ultimatum. Cut her hand off now, or I say her role right now, for everyone to hear."

No. We aren't your slaves, fool. You've simply made yourself an enemy just like the betrayers and killers.

Grab her and dance. Waltz or tango or something. One of those duet dances that covers ground. While subtlety closing in on the little ****.

"No." You declare. "We aren't your slaves, and in trying to force us to do what you want, you're not asserting dominance, you're just giving us another target along with the other 2-3 we have."
"How well do you think you'll function with no leader?"
"To be fair," May says, pointing at the whiteboard. "It rather looks like we have one."
"And they could be dead, and/or incompetent. And, I am afraid I will need you to follow my orders. If you do not, I will be forced to out and therefore execute the woman who seems to be strangely lacking in her namesake."
"I have to say, I honestly do not think that this will benefit you in the long run."
"You have the count of ten to chop off her hand. It's not like you can't go ahead and regrow it, or anything. I promise that from now on, I will only do such things if they are necessary."
"Please don't! She didn't do anything!"
"Exactly. Even though I gave her an entirely reasonable—"
"VILE VILLAINOUS... VILLAIN! Cease and desist, or you shall taste the wrath of ALLURE! Defender of the weak from the monster of the week!"
"Ten. Nine. Eight..."

Remind the moron that Mr. Mask very specifically mentioned the vittalis can't regenerate lost limbs.
Enough games. He told us our goals aren't mutually exclusive, so it's time to go around and let everyone give a little hint about what they need to accomplish, so we can work together to figure this out. Ours is pretty simple. Help other people accomplish goals.

"Stop messing around." You say, as calmly as possible, while also looking around the room for signs of nonchalance. Mu and Redemption seem to be the ones not freaking out to any visible degree, although anyone could be faking. Even Ace seems to be in some sort of internal turmoil. "You need her, and the vittali... (vitaluses?) don't regrow limbs. Our goals aren't mutually exclusive, so let's work together please."
"Five, four, three..."
"Vanilla this!" Ace yells, yanking your katana out of its sheathe. He starts running towards Foursight. What do you do?

Grab Mu and shove him into Ace. Agreed. Don't push him in a way that we try to,kill, him though. Just try to knock the two over by knocking Mu into Ace.

You run at Mu, and hurl him into Ace. As you do so, the messenger cuts off, "Tw– Gah!"
Since the Messenger seems to be able to talk without moving their lips you think. Or even having their helmet on, it could easily be a trick. Then again...
Ace fumbles the katana and nearly drops it, but manages to keep a hold of it. Mu flips off him, and steps back, with an almost smug glint in his eye. Foursight bolts, and as she passes May, May stands protectively in front of her, the white criss-crossing scars rendering her face far more menacing than before.
"One, and Zero. Miss Foursight's role is..."
"No! Don't be a—"
"Interrogator."
A mask of fear and confusion lines Foursight's face, and a loud noise blares. The lights flash red.
"Role incorrect. Betrayal fail."
"Wait... what was that?" Decider says, voicing the thought that boarded the train of thought in many heads present.
"If I had to guess, I'd say we now know three more things." Mu says, nursing his arm where it bent at an odd angle when he slammed into Ace. "One, we know that Foursight is clear (and is also not the Interrogator), two, the victim of Day 0 was also not the interrogator, and the Interrogator is therefore alive and here among us, and three, the Messenger used this as a ploy to narrow down the identity of the Betrayer."
Ace carefully lowers the katana he had lifted over his head, apparently only just realising what had happened, grabs it by the blade with his thumb and forefinger, and proffers it to you gingerly.

Take the katana and put it up. Point out we also learned there's apparently some reason to keep roles secret. Probably related to the betrayer's objective. Or possibly a thing everyone can do? But it leaves questions of what would have happened if Messenger had been right. And also why someone couldn't just go down the list and say "Foursight's the Interrogator!" "Wrong." "The scholar!" "Wrong. "The Binder!" "Wrong." until you get it right. Considering it's nice enough to announce whether you're right.

You swiftly but carefully nab the katana from Ace's outstretched hand. You put it up, and say "Okay then, apparently that's the reason we can't tell each other our roles. That was probably related to the Betrayer, or maybe it was something we can all do? But what would have happened if the Messenger had been right?"
"Don't the Betrayer's powers mean that if they have to guess two peoples' identities?" May prompts. "If they guess it, don't you die?"
"Presumably your identity can be your role or your name, and if they get it wrong, it blares it out." Redemption suggests.
Something bothers you. "That leaves the question of why the Betrayer can't just keep guessing?"
"My guess would be it must cause them some sort of pain," Mu proposes. "Or else the amount of times they can do it is limited."
"Well, whatever the case, we must decide what to do now." Says the Messenger
"You don't get a say!" Limelight sneers. "You can't be trusted!"
"I'm sowwy...(!)" The Messenger sarcastically mumbles. "This is a game of life and death. We now know for a fact that there are at least two people that will kill us, given a chance. And that's not counting the guy in white."
"Calling them the 'Messenger', the 'Man in White', the 'Betrayer', and 'Mortification' stinks..." Bubbles declares.
"Well, what would you have us call them... and me?"
"How about Cryptic for White, Shade for Grey, and Mort for Black? I don't know what to call you..."
Most people give their consent before you even have a chance to. After going back to their rooms and gathering up all useful items, everyone settles down to discuss what to do now.
Quite a few people are injured to some degree (your foot is still hurting like crazy from being slammed in a metal door, for instance) and you have no idea what you will face if you swim down the secret tunnel. Given that there's only one healing charge in the vittalus per day per person, and only 16 hours left, do you explore them now?
