You won't need to worry about having a quiver. It would come with the weapon when you get it along with the arrows.

Make Somnis a pretty-sparkly battle outfit.
...Made of torn cloth. With a small shell for decoration. like a superhero emblem or something... This is gonna be ghetto as all get-out.
We need to go skeltal hunting, grind out some sturdy bones for Dogachu's armor.

Torn Cloth would be better use for an item imo.
I'd say a Molotov Cocktail, but we would need a bottle too for that...
How about a bandana to cover the character's mouth in case of fog, smoke, poison cloud, etc.?

Somnis gets to work on making her armor, using ten Torn Cloths and one Rainbow Shell. Finally, she finishes and looks proud of her work, trying it on.
White Thief Outfit
Materials: Torn Cloth x10, Rainbow Shell x1
Effects: Slight Defense Boost, Slight Magic Defense Boost
The clothes have been cleaned up, but still retain a torn look to them. Although they're torn at the sleeves and pant legs, it somehow makes the look better and fit together well. The shirt's sleeves are torn and the center reveals part of Somnis' mid section. She wears a white vest-like jacket over it along with a white bandana over her mouth. Her hair is tied back with this outfit as well. Her pants are torn at the bottom and have a few tears in them along the legs. She somehow managed to make some white sandals as well. A rainbow shell piece is placed in her hair and another piece is pinned to the bandanna she wears where it is tied together.
She uses some extra pieces to create a version for Dogachu as well.
White Bandanna
Materials: Torn Cloth x10, Rainbow Shell x1
Effect: Slight Defense Boost, Slight Magic Defense Boost
It's a cute, white bandanna that can be worn by Dogachu. It's less cute when you realize it's being worn by a gigantic shadow wolf, but still cute. The shell makes a little button that holds it together.

With the equipment made, Somnis cleans up and Lisa inspects what was made. "Not bad. It looks like you're pretty good at this."
Dogachu inspects his new bandanna as well. "Bark!" He seems to like it and wags his tail.
"So now what?" Somnis places her materials she has left away.
"Now? Well, that's up to you. We can keep gathering materials or go home if you want."
A.) Let's go hunt down some more materials
B.) I am pretty tired. Let's go home.
C.) Let Dogachu decide.
D.) Let's go on a date~
E.) Do you think we should get other people to help us...?

"TO THE OTTER NEST!" Somnis points off in the distance and begins walking. Lisa shrugs and follows after her with Dogachu wagging his tail.
The party reaches what appears to be a beachside otter paradise. The otters in this place wander around, making sounds at each other. There are little slides they've made out of sand her to ride into the water and multiple berry trees. The dark blue otters don't seem to notice the party at the moment. They're too bust enjoying otter paradise.
A.) Try getting some berries
B.) Introduce yourself to the otters, formally, as Bareru-Chan
C.) Ask the otters where Kelly is
D.) "Are you a murderer...?"
E.) Hunt some otters
F.) Ask if they know the ferret mafia
G.) Ask Lisa to walk both you and Dogachu home

"HELLO, OTTERS!" Somnis stands atop a nearby rock and gains the otters' attention. "YOU MAY CALL ME BARERU-CHAN. I HAVE COME HERE TO ASK YOU A SIMPLE QUESTION. WHERE IS KELLY?"
The otters look to Somnis and then to each other before shrugging. Lisa can be seen visibly facepalming behind Somnis. The otters then continue to go about their ottery business, playing and eating berries. Somnis sighs, realizing the otters do not, in fact, know where Kelly is. Probably on a boat somewhere, fighting the Warriors of Light or something.
Lisa taps Somnis on the shoulder and points out what appears to be a pirate ship in the distance. "Hey, do you see that too?"
"Hm? Yeah, it's a pirate ship. Wonder what it's doing here...?"
"It might belong to those people I saw before. I think it's coming this way." Dogachu tilts his head while sitting next to Somnis and stares at the boat curiously. His tail wags slightly as well.
A.) "This...seems familiar. I might know them."
B.) "Hide behind the rocks!"
C.) "Prepare for battle!"
D.) "Quick, pretend you're an otter!"
E.) "Let's steal their clothes and become friends."
