Axefaire, Sol.
Bad experiences with Wrath, personally. Good for player phase, hell when it's enemy phase and you don't want that enemy unit to die so that he blockades his other buds from attacking.

Actually... Emppy has a good point. I'll switch to Axefaire/Sol.

Chapter 2L - Rising Conflagration ~ Lily's Route (Roll20 map updated) Lily leads her group directly towards the burning town. "There may still be survivors. There's no time to waste." A pair of mercenaries stand over a fallen villager. One mercenary's short and wearing a blue shirt. The other's tall, dark-skinned, dressed in green. The villager had put up a surprisingly good fight, barricading himself in his house and fighting back with a harpoon. Even managed to seriously wound one of the attackers. But eventually they had hacked through the door and slain him.
"Well, that was a pain," one says. "We shoulda just torched the place. Probably nothin' in here worth having."
"Whatever," his partner spits. "Just get your looting over with."
"Ha! A whole town's worth of plunder for one woman's head?" the mercenary laughs as he rummages through some drawers. "I've gotta admit, I was a bit worried, but it looks like those creeps came through takin' out the... whatchcallit. Local garrison."
His partner remains silent, watching the door. "Looks like the others found the target. We should hurry and join them. Hm?" He turns at a sound from inside the room. A young girl ducks behind a wall too slowly to avoid notice. "Dammit. Wish I hadn't seen you... Why couldn't you just stay hidden a few more minutes?"
"Seen who?" the first asks before stepping into the other room. A large book flies past his head. "Hey! Don't... Just stand still and make it easy!"
The second taps his fingers against his sword's hilt in annoyance a few seconds before joining the other. He finds the young girl, probably not even five, holding his partner at bay with a large knife, though he's clearly toying with her. Finally, she darts in and manages to nick his arm. He yells in pain and punches her. She falls to the ground, her knife skittering along the ground. "Enough!" the second barks.
The first turns to stare at him, then draws his sword. "Fine. No witnesses, right?"
The young girl desperately crawls for the knife while the first mercenary advances on her. He stomps the knife and grins at her sadistically. He opens his mouth to taunt her, but a broadsword bursting through his chest cuts him off. The second mercenary pulls his sword free, wipes it off, then turns back to the door. "Hide better this time," he tells the girl bluntly.
Without a word, she grabs the knife and scurries into a damaged cupboard.
He walks out of the house still cleaning his sword. A pair of mercenaries greet him outside. "Everything OK in there?" one asks.
"Lau's dead. House is clear. I'm leaving," the green-shirted mercenary says.
"What? What do... What do you mean Lau's dead?"
"I mean he's dead. And I'm done here. This company's changed. I'm out." He starts to walk past the two. They draw their swords in a panic. He stops and considers them for a moment, then draws his own. Zenia stands with her arms folded in front of the gangplank of her massive ship. "Well? No one has the balls to challenge me?" she demands of the pirates and mercenaries gathered along the dock.
"Well, it ain't a botheration if'n they don't," the pirate behind points out. He absentmindedly runs a finger along his axe blade.
"Be silent, Captain Harv. Hmph. Twice the insult. An insult to attack me, and an insult to send such weaklings!" Zenia yells. "Either draw steel and face judgement or begone!"
One of the pirates hesitates for a moment, then charges at her. In a flash, Zenia draws her sword and locks blades with him.
"Well, this is a fine predicament..." Harv shakes his head. "I'll keep 'em off o' the ship, you don't worry and feel free to gambol 'bout with'n them walkin' corpses." Legacy Character
Cecil, Wizened Mercenary: Cecil is a long-time mercenary who finally started his own company, which included Lane and Ferris. During the Risen disaster, his troop was hired by Valeria. He was late to join as he was completing another contract, meeting the others as they landed in Terranus. Eventually married Rosalin. Father to Harv.
Rosalin, Reformed Pirate: Formerly known as Bloody Rose, she gave up her pirate ways and took up legitimate trading and transport, though she had to put down a coup to do it. Now owns a small fleet. Had two adoptive sons, Sarv and Marv - Marv was slain during the Risen incident. Since then had a natural-born son, Harv. Hawke returns to Lily with a preliminary report. "Mercenaries are scattered throughout the town. Several buildings are burning, and it's a bit hard to see. No sign of villagers remaining. Most of the mercenaries are gathered around the dock fighting who I can only assume is Zenia. She also has a young man with her. A few others are on the ship, but they don't look particularly suited to combat. Sailors, I think, not survivors from the village. Oh, and it looks like there's some in-fighting between the enemy. A fight over plunder, most likely. Nothing to concern ourselves over."
Storm snarls. "Dammit... There may still be some survivors, though. We need to hurry. We should focus on clearing the town first."
"Better to focus on the ones we know are alive," Hawke argues. "Move in from the side, along the coast line. Force through and take up a defensible position on the docks."
(A) Head straight in through the west (B) Come in from the northeast along the coast

B. I know Zenia can handle herself, but eventually numbers can outweigh skill. Meet up with her, get a good position, then push up into the village.

Lily leads her group around the town, coming in from the north. They encounter light resistance from a handful of enemies on the outskirts. Lily has Alphonse, Bertrand, Charles, and Deltan split off and deal with them as the others progress through towards the center of town, hugging the water's edge. One dock has a massive galleon docked on its edge. The ship had been visible from out of town, but Lily only realizes just how huge it is as they drawn nearer.
Several pirates are lined up along the edge of the dock, creating an impromptu barricade. Lily can't see everything thanks to the size of the ship, but several more - including a pair of mages - are assembled on the docks, and the sounds of combat are clearly audible. Someone - Zenia - is heaping out scornful insults from further down as they trade blows.
Further to the south, Lily spots a weak-looking enemy thief carrying a torch. "He's trying to set fire to the remaining houses...!" Shep says. "We have to stop him."
"We have our orders. We're heading straight for Zenia," Hawke says.
"If you can't adapt to changing circumstances on the battlefield..." Storm begins. "Well, either way, we can't get to him without getting closer. We'll need to either cut through that group to the south or loop around the west."
Gale flops her ears and looks to the southeast. "Hey, what are those guys fighting about? That mercenary... looks like he's with the others, but they're ganging up on him about something?"
"Who cares?" Hawke asks. "Their kind has no honor. It could be about anything."
"Shouldn't we... I dunno. Step in?" Gale asks. "I wanna know what they're fighting over."
"No, we should take advantage of the confusion," Hawke says plainly. "Whatever happens, it's no worse than he deserves."
(A) Attack the barricade on the docks first (B) Ferry across to the ship and unite with Zenia first (C) Avoid the docks and sweep southwest towards the in-fighting
The map's updated. Remember that Storm's a flying unit even though his token doesn't have a pegasus. You could also split up or do a custom plan if you wanted.

I can't see the map because I'm not at home, but... Eh, B I guess. I'm not really in the state of mind to do any tactical thinking.

... How did you get an actual FE map on Roll20 with actual FE sprites?

I'll stick with B. ... How did you get an actual FE map on Roll20 with actual FE sprites? Maaaaaaggiiiiiicccc (He probably just edited the images to do what he wanted and activated the grid.) I downloaded a pack of FE map tile sprites. They're 32x32 pixels, by the way. Then made a grid and copied the tiles I needed into it until it was full. Small errors are negligible since you lot aren't going through it pixel by pixel. For example... Notice the railings on the ship were meant to be placed horizontally, not vertically. There's also a water tile, (5, 1) starting from the upper water's edge that has an extra row of identical pixels. Eh. I also don't bother lining edges up perfectly or doing detail work like patches of grass or worn tiles... Really makes you appreciate how hard the developers worked.

Okay, this looks like...this looks like scary. That's a lot of enemies. Here's the plan.
We'll have to split up to complete our objectives and then regroup. I think we should send Storm down to take out that thief quickly while he can. Otherwise the town will burn pretty quickly. The pirates are busy defending, so I don't think they'll come charging at him. He'll only have to worry about damage from the thief and the fighter. And maybe a mage or two. I can't exactly tell if they're in attacking range. Hopefully he can dodge some attacks and his resistance should be pretty high as a pegasus rider.
Gale should take out that Fighter to the left of her. Then Lily can ride with Kelly to talk to the green person. They'll have to fight off the mercenaries and maybe the fighter, but should be okay.
Shep should position himself behind Gale and not die. And heal her.
Hawke...Hawke should...go with Storm I guess. Garuntee that the thief is dead. And if the thief already dies, he should take on the Fighter.
...Did I have to pick a letter too? I think that technically counts as C.

Lily signals Storm and Hawke to move south after the thief. Hawke shrugs, and doesn't argue. He leaps up then dives down on the fighter on the far side of the building. The fighter turns to answer the blow, landing a chop before Storm lands and stabs into his back.
Gale and Lily rush the fighter nearby. He tries to fight them off, but is overwhelmed between them. He barely manages to nick Lily's shoulder before Gale seizes his arm in her mouth and starts ripping. Lily takes the opening to stab him through the chest.
Shep is quick to tend Lily's injury. He stays close to Gale as Kelly grabs Lily as she passes. Lily hops off as they near the mercenary. Kelly tries to stab her lance into the mercenary while he's focused on the other, but he turns just in time at the sound of approaching hooves and manages to avoid a killing blow.
The mercenary is quick to react, moving past Kelly to attack Lily instead. Lily, still a bit off-balance from jumping off, takes a strong cut to the chest. Her breastplate absorbs the worst of it, and she quickly answers with a long backstep and a quick thrust. She steps back up with a spin, slashing across the mercenary's throat.
The other mercenary ignores the fight and attacks the green-jacketed mercenary instead. He leaps up and drops down on the other mercenary. The green mercenary sidesteps too late, the blow easily cutting through his shoulder plate. He answers with a rising slash to the mercenary's hip.
The pirate near Zenia takes a swing at her. She casually steps back to avoid the blow, then steps back in with a wide slash across his chest. The pirate steps back in surprise, giving enough space for Harv to safely chuck a handaxe into his neck. Two mercenaries move down the dock, advancing on Zenia more cautiously than the pirate, coming at her from two sides. "Useless, foolish... Just rushing to your deaths. Well, not that I'm letting any of you monsters with your lives anyway," she taunts.
The mercenaries attack together. Zenia leans back casually and kicks, simultaneously evading the slash and knocking the opponent down. She cleaves him across the chest as the other cuts at her. The interference saves the first mercenary and leaves a small gash in Zenia's cloak. A few drops of blood appear from a small rip in her cloak. She bashes the offending mercenary in the side of the head with the hilt of her broadsword. The impact leaves him stunned. A pair of mages start coming down the docks to help. (Map updated)
