I think we're good on healing items and totems, but we could use a few scrolls and some of the charms seem really useful. This is the stuff I'm thinking. Probably about 1 of each, except maybe some extra Dazes, Tempest Axes, and invincibility potions. Thoughts?

Some notes and things to consider:
Charms of the same kind don't stack. Ex- You can't use two Tempest Axes on the same character. But you can use 1 charm of each kind on each character, so you can stack different charms.
All of the Orbs have the same attack roll as the Blizzard Orb, hence why I only wrote it down once. They're a Standard Action to use, and do no damage on a miss. Charms are also a Standard Action to use. However, both Charms and Orbs can be used with a Quick Action if you have the Potion Belt magic item, or any other magic item that lets you use potions as a Quick Action. Scrolls are always a Standard Action.
You will be able to come back and buy things from this shop after the questline, but this will likely be your last chance to buy things before the story bosses.

Also, the Fatalis totem is there in case you're really worried about the Lavos fight and want an ace up your sleeve in case things get too hairy. It does double damage against other dragons and also resists damage from other dragons.

Probably about 1 of each, except maybe some extra Dazes, Tempest Axes, and invincibility potions. Thoughts? For some the stuff that we could all use or that the whole party would benefit from, we could chip away at the party gold for it. What if we spent party gold on Wind of Victory/March of Flame charms, and maybe some of the check success ones? I think maybe 5 tempest axe charms would be a very wise investment too. Then anything else we could get individually.

Important edit! Added a new item to the list that I meant to add initially but forgot. All Divides. There are only 3 in stock. This is one of only two places in the campaign where you can buy them.

Out of curiosity, do they sell any equipment?

Out of curiosity, do they sell any equipment? No magic armor or magic weapons, if that's what you mean.

Alright, one other question. Does the Temporary HP each round from Eternal Guardian Charm stack on the max each round, or does it bump you up by 40 max and then start healing each round?

Alright, one other question. Does the Temporary HP each round from Eternal Guardian Charm stack on the max each round, or does it bump you up by 40 max and then start healing each round? It works like any other ability or spell that adds temporary HP. If you're injured more than 40 HP, it just heals you. If you're at max HP, it gets added to your max HP. If you aren't at max HP, but aren't injured for more than 40, it heals you and the excess is added to your max.

We have 1 All-Divide. Is it worth getting another already...? Maybe after the fight.

If I were Pinky... Hm. If Nyl were evil... Er. If Nyl were on the cult's side, and had captured Artemis... In the southern lands...
I would take her to Elysium.

Alright, for Warin, I'm gonna buy:
Eternal Guardian Charm - 500 gold Bull God's Strength Charm - 1000 gold Stormchaser Boots x 3 - 4000 gold Lightning Storm Scroll - 8000 gold
Crow, GX. Any thoughts on my suggestions for ones we could get as a party? Anything I'd suggested before that you don't feel are necessary?

Jeez, where'd Warin get all that gold? Oh, right. Aeva's three only one who didn't fight much in the arena.
I say for the party... get the Air/Lava Walk scrolls for the party and maybe one each of the Skill Check items?

I have to look at things in more detail, but as a quick note, Seren can already walk on air or lava with her boots, so consider that when deciding how many of those charms to buy.

And Aeva can fly at will. Nyl can only fly once per battle, and... demons are only kinda lava-resistant. Raven... could theoretically do either by riding one of her summons, I guess? Warin's a dwarf, so the lava's no problem, but he can't fly. No idea about Urien, but I assume he can't handle either. Most NPCs don't seem to have a way to do either. Without transforming, anyway.
Probably want 1 or 2 lava charms for dealing with Solara's BS.
