How useful is Charisma outside of battle? I was thinking bard is a cool class since it could use Charisma for its songs and use charisma when trying to speak with NPCs. But is Charisma actually going to be used a lot in things like NPC persuasion? Is it specific to the type of conversation? It varies from campaign to campaign, but I guarantee you, in my campaign, having a skilled smooth talker in the party will be very handy.

So, it looks like the six classes in 13 True Ways are Monk, Druid, Occultist, Necromancer, Commander, and Chaos Mage.
The first two feel like they should have been core classes.

Right, those are they. IMO, Monk, Druid, and Necromancer all should have been core classes. Anyway, if you could link me to a place where I can find all the stats and feats and such, I will allow all of those classes to be used in the campaign as well.

I can't find one, and I'm too cheap to buy the 13 True Ways supplement.

I haven't been able to find one either(hence why I asked you to look) and I've already spent close to $100 on the campaign. And I'm probably going to have to spend like $20 more. So... Yeah. I suppose I could see if I can find a cheap copy on eBay or Amazon...

Cheapest I've found it online is on Amazon for about $20, after a lot of checking on used book websites. Could try eBay, though.

If people really want to use those classes, and I really can't find the stuff any other way, then I'll get the book after I get paid. Which should be sometime this week.

Well, from what I've read, the Occultist is sort of like a Warlock from 3.5 with at will stuff, but they need a turn to charge the abilities. Chaos Mage is just random spells, Commander is like the 4e Warlord or 5e Battle master, Necromancer is a standard look user, and Monk and Druid are the standard fare.

So no Druids, eh?
Calling dibs on Dwarf Cleric.

So no Druids, eh? Calling dibs on Dwarf Cleric. I really want to allow Druids, because the High Druid is going to be very important to the campaign, but I know next to nothing about the class... Also, Dwarf Cleric eh? That will be... Interesting. Remember that the Dwarves view the Gods differently than other races, so unless you're planning him/her to be a Dwarf raised by humans or elves, you might wanna PM me. ... Granted, everyone is supposed to PM me their backstories anyway. But still.

I'm going out for food and to check if I got paid. If I did, I'll swing by Barnes and Noble and see if they have a copy of 13 True Ways.

I want you to allow Druids because if 3.5e Dungeons and Dragons is anything to go by, wild shape and nature magic combine to make the most OP characters you can play outside of a very high level Wizard. :^) But I wouldn't expect anybody to anything I wouldn't do. Like spend 20 bucks when I could spend none.
But I think I'll stick with Cleric. I'm liking the look of it.

All around usefulness and songs.

Because I forgot to mention this before, I will be sad if no one thinks of giving their character the "Dracologist" background in a campaign that has lots and lots of dragons.

But even if you did become a premium member, and even if the tablet version can access the same games the computer version can, you would still need headphones and a Mic, X. And you would have to be comfortable with talking to all of us and all of us hearing your voice. And I'm not sure how good the sound quality of a tablet Mic would be. Best just to save up for a computer, X. We'll still be here when you get one and this won't be the last campaign we do, so don't worry about it.

Alright, so. I've got most of the maps ready for the first couple of sessions. All that's left is creating Santa Cora, the Cathedral, Axis, and another dungeon or two... Whoooo boy, are those going to take me a while. Especially the Cathedral. I have absolutely no idea where to even start with that. I may actually just ask you guys to use your imagination for the Cathedral and not make a map at all.
List of things to do(Besides mapping): Finish listing the Icons, list their common knowledge alignments, post info about Koru Behemoths and Koru Festivals, give a brief overview on religion and how it differs between races, and give a brief description on Icon relationships that would be common knowledge. Oh, and I definitely need to explain what "Living Dungeons" are, as well as the lore behind the dragons. Especially the White.
There's still so much to do. Does anyone need any of this stuff in particular for their character? Because if so, I'll prioritize it.

So. How about more information in races sometime this weekend? Lore, dynamics, strengths and weaknesses, societal expectations, appearances... Every little bit helps.
