3B. Nothing money related, but she seems like the type that's fun to mess with.

You look around and feel a nice warm breeze blowing through you, which is really weird when you think about it. Why spend money on an inn when its so nice out, and if those orbs show up again we have an empty ward box to trap them in. You tell your plan to Iris and she shrugs and relays it to the others. Corva shouts, "What! You want us to sleep outside when theres a perfectly good inn not twenty paces away, and more over you intend to hold on to the ward box!" Iris replies, "Yes it looks like such a nice evening, I thought it'd be fun. As to the box, we can't risk the evil spirit getting out here in town, who knows what it might do." Hón interjects, "I see no reason to oppose this plan, I have not slept in a bed for over six years, I certainly don't need one tonight." Corva rants, "You two are crazy! Argh, what am I supposed to do?"

What to do?
A) rent a room for Corva at the inn. B) start a fire to cook the raptor meat. C) eat the raptor meat raw. D) just find a place to lie down and sleep.

There isn't any reason she can't go rent her own room, right? She can use the coins she didn't use on the Ward box. Meanwhile, we need to cook our raptor meat.

Would it be disrespectful to eat the raptor meat? I feel like we should bury it out of respect but I digress. I vote B

"I can now get my bag back and we got that ward box for less than a quarter of it's actual value."
I thought we moved the spirit already, is it still in her bag? Seems like a waste of our money if we can't use the box.

We can use the box but do you think it wise to do so in a populated town, where theirs a chance the demon will get loose and unleash it's wrath on the villagers.

Twenty four hour bump.
There are new posts up in the compendium topic.
Info: types of raptors; wave, corona, canyon, sand, verdant, blight, brilliant, night, silver, shine, slip, hollow, and house.
Lets see if you can guess their features and behaviors.

I don't think cloud ever technically voted this round, but two votes for B means that B wins.

You think it best not to let the raptor meat go to waist so you suggest building a small fire to cook it. Iris turns to Hón and asks, "Hón do you have any kindling? I'd like to cook the raptor meat before it spoils." Hón replies, "Yes I do indeed have kindling. Could you dig a small pit to contain the fire while I ready it?" Iris answers, "I certainly can." She pulls out her hunting knife and uses it to scoop away the sandy soil. Meanwhile Hón pulls a number of dry sticks out of his bag as well as a piece of flint and an iron grate. A few minutes later a crackling campfire is going and Iris is preparing the meat, and through this whole exchange Corva quietly sat pouting a few yards away.

Sorry, my last vote was B. I vote B this time as well, because I just know he's going to be way too cool.

You can't help but wonder about Hón. He has serious skill with that sword of his, yet he looks so ill at ease now that he's in town. You can't help but wonder why. The questions naw at you till you can no longer stand it, so you ask Iris to probe into the matter for you. Iris turns to Hón and asks, "Hón are you ok? You look like a man waiting for ambush." He replies, "As I said at our first meeting, a curse hounds my steps. It has been long since I knew peace. The curse took all I held dear from me, so please allow me my wariness, it is that alone that has kept me intact thus far." And so the conversation ends. Diner passes quietly as the sun sets behind the trees. Everyone then finds a spot to lay down on, secure in their safety as the town watch can be seen walking the perimeter.
