Appearance: a black Longcoat that drapes over his red shirt. He wears blue jeans and prefers his black and white Nike shoes. Tousled blonde hair that reaches to his neck.
Power: Electricity (I just had to add this.hope it's permitted)
Voice: Liam O'brien (had to do this too guys)
Other details: an intern at one of the labs his deceased father worked in. Loves Pizza to an insane degree.
Has a part time job at pizza hut(that is available right?)
Bio: Uther is the son of scientist Reed and Maybelle proteus. He often spent his time as a child of two scientists, Reading and studying science
He quickly became friends in elementary with Helen Neacara, Daughter of principal Charlie. He spent most of his time hanging around her from elementary to High school. He was often lonely as a child due to his parents putting their work wore him,but they always made it up to him.
Basic shot: fires off a small bullet of electricity that paralyzes enemies.
Charged shot: a steak of electricity of that throws enemies off their feet
Secondary shot: a web of electricity that pulls enemies to him.
Puts them in constant pain the longer it's held. Lasts for 7 secs. Max is 9
Power shot: throws an electricity spear that explodes upon touching something.
Very small range of explosion though about 2-3 enemies.
Melee: creates an electricity blade that is as sharp as it is deadly.
Traversal power: creates a jagged lighting bolt and uses it as a hover board.
Insanely fast.
Hover power: uses electricity to stick to walls for a small amount of time. Max is five minutes currently.
Comet drop: lands hard on the ground and sends out an Electromagnetic wave that blows most thing back. Gets weaker the farther an enemy stands.
Passive: Electroreception: able to get a feel of who and what is there in his surroundings. Only lasts for 15 secs at max.
Karmic drop: fires off one medium sized beam from the sky to decimate his opponents.
Not to be taken lightly.
